- After what he could only consider a minor surgery he found the modules Dai had talked about. He felt he was indeed faster, not by much but he didn't exactly mind the effectiveness of it as it had been what he had asked for. Maybe it'd be enough for his senses to adjust to. He had always felt while his senses could follow up his body couldn't move quick enough. But maybe this would aid in that.
- He submerged himself into the water of the ocean and began to swim deeper. He moved through the water with out much effort. The water around him seeming to be in a kind of bubble he could move with his mind, something he'd worked on as he had deepened his understanding of the ocean, it also worked slightly on land as well. Able to form a thin layer of water over him that acted as a kind of armor but quickened his reaction time, but his body had problems keeping up if the were faster then him by a large margin.
- He would try to train this power with his new speed. Seeing if the change had much effect on his abilities. Once he was in the depths of the water he began focusing. Down here he couldn't see but he kind of could in a way. Able to feel everything around him in the water. But that was kind of empty. In this area things seemed to avoid, he wasn't sure why still.
- He focused his control over water and began forming replicas of himself. Truly there didn't look anything like him. All he did was shape the water to take up about the same amount of space he did. This controlled water shape would move effortlessly closer to the man. He'd dodge it's first attack only for it to change direction and aim for him once move.
- He was instantly on the defensive, using his ability to move under water to keep up but he was barely dodging attacks he couldn't of blocked. He didn't try punching back as he already knew he couldn't hurt this thing conventionally. Heck even energy didn't exactly work to well. This ability was more for testing his defensive and be more of endurance test then a battle of might. He had to make sure he could dodge or block a hit. He'd always felt like other's hit harder then he did, so this had become key to him progressing as a warrior.
- He continued to dodge, weave, and block the water construct. He found he was able to keep up more easily, though the new speed was helping it seemed his ability to adapt had improved much more drastically. Finding himself able to push his bodily limits higher.
- To say anything other then that this felt utterly amazing. He felt he was actually getting some where with his training. He continued for about an hour before exhaustion got him. It'd been an big improvement from the old twenty five minute bouts he once had with the construct. Returning to the surface he'd relax for a bit.
- Had continued his training for some time. All the while his kingdom he'd made had been encroached upon. It was why when finding out he had been furious. It seemed his rage had a strong connection to the ocean as the water around the kingdom seemed to bubble and heat up with his inflamed emotions.
- It had brought him into action, having to find the other beast-folk that had tarnished his monument with that thing over head. Finding him and his friends in the city however had been a simple matter, what was going on was not.
- It seemed Cassius' friend was having a breakdown do to the death of close friend. Something he had tried to ignore while he confronted Cassius. But this ended with him beating down the friend and the one that had been provoking them into such a state. After which he dragged the man toward their castel which hung out into the ocean over his kingdom.
- The man had been willing to destroy that sector of his Castle if Michael was able to beat him down in combat. The Sea King had been all to willing to settle things in a manner of strength. If he won he'd get what he wanted. If he lost, Cassius would decide rather or not he wanted to. It was a fair agreement .
- The other had lead him into his castle. In there they two would face off. The interior rather decrepit and seemed to be in ruins. Michael's power over doom seemed to cause building to shake. That along with it being so close to the sea his powers seemed to be stronger. The two fight for some time. The other seeming to get jumps in power here and there but he hadn't been able to catch up to Michael before he slammed him into the ground.
- Michael looked at the other and had shared some words with Cassius before departing. Hoping he'd keep his promise. The Sea King returned to the southern sea and went into the depths once more to hone his abilities. Taking into consideration his dealing of Cassius. The man had wanted to join his Kingdom's city. He wondered about it. He had already agreed upon allowing him live in the city once it was built.
- His training seeming to be moving along rather quickly. Mastering his control over the ocean's currents and the strength and fluidity of it's might more easily with the aid from Dai's modules. Though the ocean still had many things to teach him. And he had ample time to learn it's lessons.
- Having been working on drawing the energy that the collar seemed to feed into. He wasn't sure if it had granted him the power or harnessed and cultivate the use of this Power. Which ever it really didn't matter to him. He'd been able to use this power rather effectively. Though even so he felt the negative energy flow through him. His mind darkening more with each year but, he was at able to keep his devotion to his god. It was because of them he wanted to become such a warrior.
- He had began thinking of this power as the Ocean's Rage, and less as some demonic ability that had been forced upon him. He'd done well to train himself with constant mental training. Trying to push his use of it more fluidly. As of late though he'd felt it changing, perhaps even expanding.
- The idea for this had been because as his connection to the ocean and star deepened. He had found his rage becoming more prominent, his instincts becoming more pronounced. Along with his fighting style becoming more animalistic.
- The connection to the ocean having been forming stronger armor around his body, and moving his body just slightly in the direction it needed move when fighting. It allowed his defensive abilities to become vastly amplified. This itself had been something he trained hard to do. With the more frequent use of the demonic energy. It seemed to allow him to now make steam from the water he controlled.
- That had been minor compared to the melding that had happened with Power given to him by his guiding star. The feral star already had the warriors experience an at will blood rage when in the heat of battle. And he was on the path of the War Crazed. Fighting and Brutality was this path's nomenclature. And this Demonic energy only amplified it's ferocity. Corrupting it and evolving it into something more.
- This for the most part had gone on with out him taking much note of it. But he had begun to suspect something. He for the most part accepted it. Having seen this collar as a cage or a restriction when it had first clasped around his neck. Now however he sought to use it and make the power his own. He felt that was the only way to break out of it's bindings.
- For now how ever he had to continue training to use it and control his feral like mind in the heat of battle. And for that he went on into the ocean's depths. To form once more the water fighter. He got himself ready before allowing the red sparks light up the inky void like water around him. Seeing the light shadow of condensed water a few yards away.
- The fighting seemed to blurr. His ability to thoughtlessly dodge allowed him to rather pointlessly lash out at the water fighter. His attacks never really hurting them. But they did dissipate ever slightly only to lash back at him. The water around him moving him out of the way barely each time.
- The fight had continued for hours. The man fighting less like a while animal now but more reserved and trying to cling on to his energy but he passed out under the sea. While he hadn't been able to perfect it yet, he was making progress to what ever laid just under the surface
- RP:
- Michael floated through the abyss of the ocean. His mind focusing on the energy inside of himself. He felt the energy of the feral star, and the demonic energy he'd been absorbing from the collar over the decade. The two energies seemed to been acclimating and merging.
- The feral star embodied a more primal nature and will to survive, and Anger was a very primal emotion. The further they melded the more difficult it became to use one with out the other. The stars primal nature and thirst for battle feeding the demonic's energy growth.
- He stopped floating as he opened his eyes. The demonic energy began forming over his form. His mind becoming more focused, along with his senses sharpening. The star's energy giving him bestial strength.
- The calming waters letting him cling to his sanity and suppress the bestial rage that the star now provided thanks to the melding of the demonic energy he held inside of himself from the decade and a half of the collar around his neck.
- He formed four water combatants that began rushing him. His defensive abilities able to keep up for now, but he knew he'd grow tired, or be pushed into a blood rage.
- He fought for nearly an hour before showing signs of fatigue, his movements slowing down but the water constructs didn't tire or need a break. More and more damage began piling up on the man as he was getting sloppy. Slight misses became full on contact hits on his body.
- It was do to one well places punch to his nose that sent him off. His anger boiling over as he was seeing red now. Attacking the constructs with a intensity. It didn't matter that they just reformed. His feral blood rage making him more aggressive.
- The melding of the two energies seemed to happen more quickly while using them both together. The red sparks, the only light source down in the depths of the ocean. They seemed to be getting brighter as the fight went on. Until there was a massive burst of energy from him as the melding was complete.
- The demonic energy began growing inside of the beast man as it was becoming something more, becoming intrinsic to him and the power of the feral star. His mind, and personality becoming more warpped by this rush of demonic energy building up inside of him. The waters around him boiling. His concentration fading as the water constructs to went. There was and overwhelming amount of energy coming from him before it just exploded out from his being. And he blacked out
- When he came to, he was washed up ashore, his body badly injuried from the training along with the energy that had ripped through him. He wasn't sure what had happened while he was blacked out, but he felt a kind of sickening feeling about the situation. As if he'd lost himself to the power.
