Rules Upd8

1.) This Server is for All Ages within the Discord TOS, meaning from ages 13+. If you are under 13, you will be kicked/banned from the server for breaking the TOS. Because this is an All-Ages Friendly RP Server, please keep all NSFW jokes/images to 18+ rooms. If you're found to be posting inappropriate messages to the wrong channels, you'll be warned, and if it continues you may be removed.

2) Don't harass people OOC. Debating things and settling disagreements maturely is fine, starting to insult the other person you’re talking to or threatening them (or yourself) is not. If this continues into DMs this results in an Auto-Ban. _Please don’t threaten or insult people in their DMs._

3) No Slurs; reclaimed or otherwise. We don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable and we don't want to have to police who's allowed to say what and invade people's privacies so it's better to just avoid it altogether. Repeated slur use will result in a warning, and continued use may result in a kick or ban at staff discretion.

4) No extensive conversation regarding Mental Health within channels outside of the ‘Vent’ channel. Sensitive subjects should be marked with a clear trigger warning/content warning (cw: [topic], tw: [topic]) and put underneath \||Spoilers\||. This includes discussion of potentially triggering subjects _(such as ED and Self Harm)_.

5) The Blacklist is important! Please be aware of what items may be barred from conversation. If you accidentally break a blacklist item, the message will be removed and you'll be reminded of the blacklist. Repeated and frequent blacklist ignoring may result in a removal from the server.

6) This server is a RP Server first and foremost. While we care about your safety, we are not trained professionals. Below will be a couple of links to websites that are specifically for Support in times of Crisis.

7) PLease don't use this server as an Advertising Network. If you would like to be a partner server, please message one of the Staff and we will review your request. Posting things like Commissions, YouTube/Twitch, or other external links may be done in moderation.

8) ‘Common Sense’ is the game of the Server’s Moderation, which here means that if you’re found to be skirting any of these rules without expressly breaking any of them, you may be removed at Staff Discretion. This means that if you’re found to be making grey-area jokes or comments that make others uncomfortable, or if you begin to incite arguments often with thinly-veiled insults, Intention Wins over Obviousness. You may be kicked for this behavior.

> ```Roleplay Etiquette and Expectation```

1) No Autohitting or Godmodding other people’s Characters.
You cannot type a Reaction to your own post as another person’s Character, which includes landing your own attacks made while Fighting without giving them a chance to react or moving characters from Scene to Scene. Try to leave things for your partner to react to!

2) Avoid Metagaming/Using Metaknowledge as much as possible.
If you receive information about a Character OOCly _(a Profile, General Chat, reading the 'thoughts' of someone's post, etc)_, you can't suddenly have your own Characters know the same information. This is for things like ‘Player is discussing how their Character is currently feeling in General Chat’, or ‘Player is noting their Character’s Mood or Motivations in an OOC Channel’. If your Characters suddenly begin to investigate that Player's Characters for no In-Character reason after learning those things OOCly, that is utilizing Metaknowledge to Metagame. If you're caught Metagaming, the Staff will talk to you in Private about what was considered Metagaming/Metaknowledge to help you avoid doing it in the future. Repeated offenses after being spoken to may result in a removal at Staff Discretion.

3) Readability is key! Please make sure to separate your actions from your speech as follows to make it clear for everyone involved:

4) Please limit the number of 'active' muses you have in the IC Chatrooms at any one time and don't dominate the conversation with only your characters. There are times where this rule may be nebulous because of the flow of RP and that's fine, but allow other people to bring in their characters! If this becomes a problem, we may set a harder limit, just use discretion!

5) Active / Inactive Scenes
The server may have multiple in-person/face to face roleplays going on at once in different rooms. Please clearly mark when you're done with a scene by typing

to denote when you and your partner are finished with a scene. If there has been no activity in a channel for over a week and you'd like to use it, please ping the last people involved in #plotting to make sure that they're done with a scene before closing off and starting your new scene. If there's been no activity in over 2 weeks/14+ days, feel free to close off and use at your own discretion!
