He's a smoker from l4d. In game they use their really long rope-like tongues to ensnare/trap/bind and suffocate people. Most of them have really bad fungus/growths on their faces/arms and stuff but he ended up carving most of his off on his left face+neck, though there's still some on his arms/shoulder/etc, not as much, but they look a lot like cancer growths, and they tend to emit like a green-ish smoke-like substance sometimes. His face ended up really scarred and he can't see out of his left eye anymore. I really like the way my friend made the effect there, the whole red-pink-white thing. The other one should be kind of like a black.. grayish, maybe gold.

He has like, three tongues, two on his back (one on each side of his shoulder) and then his main one, which he uses for like, everything, including strangling people. Like, seriously, if he can hold onto something with it, he's going to do it. They tend to be kind of slimey/wet, like glossy, but sometimes not.

He's kind of a real jerk; he's really smug about himself and tends to think that his presence graces everyone else's. He knows he's a jerk and he loves every bit of it. He thinks kind of lowly of people and likes to  be above everyone else, and doesn't really care about anything around him except for himself and like, one other person. In short, he's pretty much a really smug asshole who doesn't sugar coat his words, tends to think highly of himself, and doesn't give a shit about anything but himself. Also, he likes to smoke a lot.

Some of it is just because he's bitter over the fact he kind of has to deal with being the way he is now though. Since he's infected/sick/dead/whatever, he can't really communicate with humans anymore, and they tend to shoot and try and kill him every chance they get. He's pretty violent sometimes, especially to survivors (non-infected) and tends to attack them if they can.
