  148. This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction [Doc. No. 5] ("the Motion") filed by the plaintiffs, Oculus Info Inc. and Oculus Federal Corp. Upon consideration of the Motion, the memoranda and exhibits submitted in support thereof and in opposition thereto, and the arguments of counsel at the hearing held on May 16, 2014, and for the reasons stated in open court, it is hereby
  149. ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction [Doc. No. 5] be, and the same hereby is, DENIED; and it is further
  150. ORDERED that the scheduling order previously issued by this Court [Doc. No. 50] be, and the same hereby is, VACATED.
