At Neitiznot  the rune-ores appear as Market-Stalls, so you might want to 667 that entire area.
Ardougne's stalls are fucked and random rocks appear

Black objects on a LOT of places, including the edges of walls etc
Lumbridge has a lot of fucked objects
Dagganoth Kings freezes u(same exception as corporal beast)
