Welcome to the Nix Café training guide, this guide has been made for HRs to use to make sure that they are training correctly. In this guide we will go through how you should host a training and what you should not do during a training.

Let’s start off with some training rules. When you’re holding a training or at a training you must follow these.
[1] Always obide by ROBLOX's TOS and Nix Rules.
[2] Never SLock a server, people should be able to join trainings late at different periods.
[3] Always shout in the group and discord server when a training is about to start. Only the main host is allowed to do this, no one else. Don't forget to change the status of the group when the training is ended.
[2] Listen to your higher ranks and make sure that you follow what you’re supposed to do.
[4] Pay full attention to your trainers and anyone who may be leading the training.
[5] When you pass your training simulation stand on the STS line and wait for someone to come and rank you.
[5] All trainee’s must reach 3 points out of 3 to be passed.
[6] Do not use full capitalization unless you’re a high rank testing the low ranks.
[7] Use grammar when you’re speaking to someone including if it’s a HR or a troll.

If you’re holding a training you must follow in the order that is shown. If it is not followed in this order it could lead to a messy training that could lead to a demotion or suspension.

Once you get into the game get your high ranks that you want to help you host the training. You can only have 3 HRs
Once you’ve got the HR’s set up and have the game ready shout to the lower ranks to come to the game.
Give your welcoming that should be prepared before the training so you’re ready.
Begin the training and form teams of the stations you want. Name them Team A, C, and B.
After you name them have them go to the counters and send HRs to each group.
Test them 3 times. Test them on 1. Troll 2. Normal Order 3. Exploiting
Once you test everyone send a high rank who finishes first to rank the people who are named passed and standing in a line.
Once everyone is finished and ranked up finish that section of the 2 part training.
2nd Part
After doing the training begin to do a game that provides training towards the trainees.
The choices are:
-Food Run: You get a order and form 2 teams. The trainer sends the list of food/drinks to get through discord and you need to get the items. The first team to get all the foods wins.
-Trivia: You will form 3 teams from team captain choosing. The trainer will make questions and send the same question to each team’s team captain. They will whisper you the answer and you will do 10 questions and whoever has the most correctly answered questions will win the game.
Now that you had fun through the training it’s over. You must follow the procedures. You can choose what game you want. You must follow the rules and the first part of the training.
