  4. Don't express personal opinions that might cause even more issues with the person. You want you to remain calm and also attempt to calm the other person down. Don't express hurtful or mean comments to that person just because their anger is making them mean and hurtful to you.

  7. Getting angry and yelling at them or snapping on them is exactly what they're trying to do. And if you do that, it means they win. Show them you are not going to break.

  9. #3 Calm the situation down
  10. Try to resolve their issue to the best of your ability, don't immediately punish them, they're a person just like you. They have feelings and emotions. And sometimes those emotions can lead to anger and/or violence. So show them you're a person too and are just there to help.
