︙personality :
—eunbi is the kind of girl that acts like she doesn’t care about anyone and that no one cares about her. though she won’t admit it, she is the one who created the distance between stop eating and herself she struggles to talk to people like he does. she began to live in a sort of limbo where she doesn’t try to befriend anyone and they don’t approach her, she just blends in. despite acting like this doesn’t bother her, she is terribly sensitive over it and her first few days of high school she cried at home because of her inability to make friends. she is an incredibly smart person, school work comes easy to her, but she doesn’t care about it whatsoever. she would rather be reading or writing than completing math equations, so her grades often dip steeply  and then pick up once her parents lecture her about college. eunbi doesn’t care about her future because she doesn’t believe she has one. while everyone is worrying about college, she has reserved herself to the fact she isn’t going to be accepted in the first place. she is pessimistic, cynical, and doesn’t like opening up to people. not necessarily a shy person, if you got her talking eunbi has a lot to say, but it’s a struggle to get her to start. she is really self conscious about her looks and often keeps her head down so that people don’t see her face. anytime anyone tries to approach her she leaves because she thinks it’s pity or a prank, it is extremely hard to get close to her.

—poetry/books in general ; they are her solace and her only ‘friends’
—classical music ; she is always blasting classical music at home to block out the sounds of everything going on at home, it comforts her
—figure skating ; the only sport she is willing to participate in, and she used to compete competitively until she gave up on it.

—being alone forever ; however ironic it is, eunbi wants to make friends and find a relationship, she just won’t do it herself.

❥ 𝑀𝒜𝒵𝐸 𝒪𝐹 𝑀𝐸𝑀𝒪𝑅𝐼𝐸𝒮

︙background : eunbi was born in busan but moved to seoul when she was 6-7. as a child, she sort of just did what adults told her, so she was in advanced classes and practiced figure skating every day, and didn’t have too many friends because according to her parents they weren’t ‘good enough for her’. even then, she started developing these feelings where she wasn’t the one who was too good, it was everyone else. then she met stop eating, who was new, smart, and good at drawing. there was something that drew her to him, and for a while, he was her anchor in a world where everyone told her what to do. a lot of people around them (including her parents) saw them as dating or would be dating, but eunbi never saw him as anything other than a friend because she didn’t want to ruin their friendship. until he confessed to her and she didn’t know what to do. she didn’t outright reject him, just kind of ignored it because she was unsure of her feelings, but if definitely caused a rift between them. because of her own insecurity, she thinks that he deserves someone better than her and shouldn’t really waste her time on her. but, after months and months of thinking, eunbi knows that if he were to ask again she would say yes.

︙family :
—she lives with her mother and father as the only child, both have full time jobs, but try to make time for her. they put a lot of pressure on her to get good grades and into college.
︙pets :
—none, she doesn’t consider herself responsible enough, but she would love to have a dog.
︙reason for joining :
—wasn’t going to join, but thought it was hypocritical for her to tell stop eating to join and then just not join. plus, she only intended to go the first time and then just come up with a reason not to go, but ended up staying with encouragent.
︙first opinions of club :
—“this is probably a mistake... everyone here is going to think that i’m cool for approximately 10 seconds until i open my mouth and then everyone will hate me.”

︙dreams/goals :
—she’d like to compete in a partner figure skating tournament one day, because that would mean she’d find someone that she trusted enough to perform with. does not believe this will happen whatsoever.

—have her writing published in a book or magazine (once everyone encourages her and assures her that it’s actually good)

—to woman up enough to tell stop eating that she’s sorry for accidentally rejecting him and ask for a second chance to be more than friends

︙first opinion of them : ”he seems kind of nice... and he draws well... he also doesn’t seem like the other kids here. he doesn’t seem like he would have any reason to ignore me, so maybe...”
︙relationship before club : childhood friends
︙extra : befriended each other when he moved to seoul. extremely close to each other until he confessed to her and she didn’t know what to do. they are still close but it’s kind of awkward now.
︙relationship after club : they are able to restrengthen their friendship again through the club. it gets rid of some of the awkwardness but they both are kind of in the position of pining for each other but not doing anything about it. or, at least eunbi does nothing about it, despite encouragement from other club members.
︙scenes :
—eunbi bringing him strawberry milk and a lunchbox as an apology for an argument that they have.
—eunbi seeing him flirt with someone else, get jealous and try to leave, but he stops her and she has to try not to expose herself to everyone
—after a hard day, eunbi gets so absorbed in her writing/crying that she doesn’t notice him come into her room until he turns off her music and he goes to hug her
—one of them brings up their childhood promise to go to america together so he could teach her english.

—she literally gets dragged into the club and acts like she doesn’t like it but secretly has a soft spot for everyone. she is just very awkward at the beginning, practically glued to stop eating.
—her literally being passive aggressive to straight for no reason because she flirted with stop eating once

—principal comes to see the club and is really surprised to see eunbi
