This line shows the PD's OOC motivation. My car hasn't been used in a crime, it hasn't been even identified with me before the PD MGishly ran its plates just because I RPed hiding something under it that they wouldn't see. Sebastian Stakic here openly says how they'd tow the vehicle, but there's no reason to tow my vehicle, other than the OOC knowledge that there are guns under it. It is properly parked and hasn't been used in a crime.
