Poe stages the mutiny to give Finn and Rose the time they need to infiltrate the Supremacy and disable the tracker. No BB-8 walker action. The plan fails and Poe is arrested.

One of the biggest criticisms is that if Poe was let in on the plan from the start, he wouldn't have done what he did. Well here's an easy fix: have it be that he's told exactly what Leia and Holdo's plan is from the start...and he still thinks it's stupid. Why? Because even if they make as far as Crait, it doesn't change the fact that the fleet can't jump into lightspeed without being tracked, that they're running out of fuel, and that they're slowly being picked off one by one. At least disabling the First Order's ability to track them would save more lives, he reasons. So when he actually commits mutiny, and tries explaining his actions, he gets thrown in the brig.

1. Rey can't find her parents using the cave (as much as I don't like the concept of Rey Nobody, I'm staying true to it) but she drags Luke reluctantly into the cave, and that's how we get the one scene Luke, Kylo, and Rey share. We also see the moment from the hut that broke Ben and Luke, but this time, Rey can see what Luke saw by touching his hand; instead of being told about darkness inside Ben, we see it. It involves Ren communicating with Darth Vader's ghost and shows him corrupting other students.
>The moment shakes Rey enough to make her seriously rethink becoming a Jedi, but then another presence in the cave talks to her, giving her a vision of Luke in ROTJ, showing the voices a calling out for help in the Galaxy so we can see the scale of it all, and finally showing that Snoke gave Ren the vision and is manipulating his mind... and he did it to Luke as well in the hut. Rey leaves not knowing she just talked to Anakin Skywalker

2.-Holdo takes over, and her conflict with Poe is rooted in believing Leia was coddling him. She digs into him, and orders him to earn back her respect by fortifying Crait.

They kill Snoke, but at the end of the battle Kylo realizes Rey has completely given into the Darkside. He pleads with her, but she's far too gone. She tries to get him to join her, but he refuses.
