  1. So, I am just going to be very transparent.
  2. When you play casually like us it supposed to be enjoyable, but the constant clashing of expectations and attitude problems, just makes raiding right now very tedious for all of us.
  3. Everybody is feeling it... it is pretty obvious.
  4. Honestly none of us asked for this, or wanted it, but down the road it is only going to get worse, and result in a worse raid environment. I like playing WoW, but i want to focus on enjoying it and
  5. I expect you guys, want the same experience. Just like we used to when people were less elitist.
  6. Dankstorm started having problems already in EN when we finally downed HC Xavius (which was a joke), and got a taste for raiding.
  7. Expectations and elitism took over the fun and joking around.
  8. A side note is that nobody asked Martin and Casper to take care of the guild when I vanished. But they did, and did so well, and it is something I really appreciated, so thanks a lot guys. Also to everybody who ever helped making Dankstorm happen, you all rock. Sadly, it seems we can't really make it happen. Even though many of us wants to.
  9. We can sit and wait for people to "show up", but they won't. I don't want to sit around and try to build a roster, again, and it seems like nobody else wants to either (cause why would you, it sucks).
  10. There is really no point in wasting peoples time. I respect if you don't feel this way, but I sense most of you agree. It is unfortunate because we have skillful players, with potential, and if we could raid in smaller groups, it could be fun. Which is the most important part of it, when you spend so many freaking hours playing video games.
  11. I think there is better solutions than just waiting around for progress once a month.
  12. I don't know how you feel and what you guys want to do, but i think i have a good guess.
  13. I think it is an appropriate time to stop. Before people start really disliking each other too much. And just be transparent, and say how you feel about raiding right now, instead of being suppressively sad/mad about it.
  14. Again, if you don't agree, I respect it. In the end, I am not leading the raid team, I just own the guild and there is a pretty significant difference in my opinion. So, whatever you guys want to do soon with the raid, ranks, GB and w/e, is something I will support, but you need be vocal about it, and if you guys are playing even though you don't enjoy it, then please speak up.
  15. It is just a game.
  16. My next move. Continue to play, and play with you guys (WoW, M+ and so, other games even) if you want to, because Dankstorm is a fun community. So, I will focus on that.
  17. But I see no point in doing something when it obviously making you unhappy, and raiding here is.
  18. I am done.
  19. I can see people being disappointed by this, but I think we could all have more fun playing together, if we could play the dang game, and do mythic. So, I hope you want to continue to play, and again I am not raid leader, so I am not calling disband team. But whatever you do, I think you need to do something. I have made great RL and gaming friends here, and don't want to ruin it, by not being honest.
  20. I hope you respect that. Thank you
