History:

A mysterious woman in the employ of the Starseeker Combine. Eris Pseudea has been involved in finding and smuggling instances of EoT from the Moon to the Colonies - an extremely dangerous job, but one that has been highly lucrative, allowing the Combine to develop weapons comparable to the latest Directory prototypes in secret. She works closely with the corporate overlords of the Colonies, cultivating relationships and providing her services to the highest bidders - as well as a reputation for ruthless efficiency.

Cool, confident, and carrying herself with a regal air, she nevertheless is known to have something of a sensitive side, and is surprisingly good with children. She keeps her true thoughts and feelings close to her chest, but is known to have something of an explosive temper when pressed hard enough. Despite these quirks, her skill in battle is very much the real thing, and she has left a trail of disaster behind her in the criminal underworld that leaves those she meets extremely wary of crossing her.

The details of her life prior to her arrival in the Colonies are unknown, and very few official records exist of her existence, leading some to speculate that she may in fact be from the Outer Rim: A place which is home to sparse, eccentric populations of human beings, and the source of much in the way of baseless rumor.

In truth, she is an android manufactured by the Ancestors, one of countless similar models who participated in their grand dimensional conquest. When the Ancestors civilization collapsed in the face of the crawling dark, they cast as many of these battle-androids into the dimensional drift as they could, in the desperate hope that at least one would survive to enact their master plan - the activation of System Nevanlinna, a device that would reformat the host world (and its occupants), and resurrect the Ancestors once again.

Strengths: Eris has cultivated a reputation for a well-rounded combat style, comfortable both near and far - but distinguishes herself with an aggressive approach that seeks to close ranks as quickly as possible. Gifted with nerves of steel, she constantly raises the stakes until the opponent folds - and then finishes the deal.
Weaknesses: Despite being well balanced, Eris' has little in the way of standout qualities, mostly relying on intimidation and grit to carry her to victory. If she closes in on a foe who may be able to outfight her, she risks being drawn into an unwinnable confrontation before being able to make a swift retreat.

History:

A personal trooper developed as the vanguard of a new type of mass-produced mobile weapon. As shipping materials for repairs from Earth to space is expensive, the Directory was exploring the possibility of self-repairing, self-maintaining machines equipped with a restorative nanomachine armor, called Lasmunamium. It was mounted to the first of several prototypes of the Colonial weapons development program known as the Tsentr Project, which was based off technology acquired illegally from the surface of the Moon - and that may have otherwise been rejected by the Directory for adoption.

It features the revolutionary Artificial Intelligence unit known as AI1, capable of self-learning, independent decision making, and self-evolution. The origins of the device itself are shrouded in mystery, however, and those that were assocated with its production have since gone missing, or committed suicide under suspicious circumstances. The Medius Locus is currently in possession of Combine smuggler Eris Pseudea, who acquired it through an exclusive contract with the equally secretive Svenhild Armaments Inc, a small weapons manufacturer based in the L4 Colonies.
