  1. (dad)Is Birdie getting her meds through her mom ?
  2.
  3. (me) Yes, tomorrow though. Birdie has an inhaler for tonight but Gina couldnt make it out this evening.
  4.
  5. (dad) Should let me masked and gloved go get it I doubt I am a asymptomatic carrier and if covid is here I'd hate to risk Gina
  6. That's the trip to the pharmacy and back with social distancing that's how everyone is safe
  7.
  8. (me) Birdie wants to wait, I asked her already if she wanted you to do it tonight and she’d rather wait until tomorrow.
  9. We shouldn’t be going anywhere. More people, especially in BC, are asymptomatic and wearing a mask does not stop the spread of infection, it just lowers the risk. I don’t want to risk killing other people in our community because we’re asymptomatic and leaving the house. We need to wait for the results in 2 days before we figure out what we’re doing.
  10. If you potentially have Covid, you’re not supposed to go out at all regardless of social distancing.
  11. You’re supposed to have people deliver your groceries to the point of not leaving the house. It’s too much of a risk.
  12.
  13. (dad) What are the precautions in place for, incase you come within a person with it
  14.
  15. (me) In case there are people out and about who don’t know they are carriers.
  16. This is from the CDC
  17. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/steps-when-sick.html
  18.
  19. (dad) No matter how clean you think you can get that prescription clean there's a possiblity is could viral if I've been exposed it doesn't matter you need Birdie to have this treatment this the top treatment they have for good outcomes
  20.
  21. (me) The prescription will have been sitting for 3 days, Coronavirus is only viable on paper/cardboard for 1 Day.
  22. We are not supposed to leave the house until we have those results under any circumstance.

  24. Read the link if you don't believe me.
  25.
  26. (dad) And then what placed in a bag handled by you this fucking serious the likelihood of you passing it to Gina is higher than me getting the prescription
  27.
  28. (me) It's not, actually. It's One Person at a distance, I'm going to be sanitizing my hands with Alcohol and Bleach and leaving the prescription outside.
  29. You going OUT when YOU possibly have Covid is putting EVERYONE you so much as pass by at risk. Your line of thinking is the same thinking that leads to outbreaks. It's not safe for us to go ANYWHERE until we know the results of Birdie's Test.
  30.
  31. (dad) You can't be swayed because your natural paranoia is too strong IMHO anyone can be carrying it but I can control a great deal of my exposure to it or possibly passing it to someone else
  32. Done
  33.
  34. (me) You wanting to leave the house when we're waiting on the results for an ACTIVE Covid-19 test is the exact same as people not being concerned enough and throwing parties. It doesn't matter how much you think you can be safe when you leave and you're carrying Covid, if you do you risk passing it to literally everyone you go by.
  35. Read the Fucking CDC link instead of thinking I'm being paranoid, because the CDC is saying all the same things I am.
  36. Until we get Birdie's test results, we should all be treating this as though each and every single one of us is Carrying the virus. I don't want you risking infecting the entire town because you're convinced you don't have it, especially when I hear you coughing all the time in the kitchen.

  38.
  39. (dad) All I want was Birdie to have the meds recommend by the real professionals
  40.
  41. (me)Yup, and she's going to get them. She has an inhaler for tonight, the same one that's on the prescription, and she'll be starting her other medications tomorrow.
  42. Those same real professionals are the ones saying if you're at risk of having it, don't leave your house.
  43. So listen to them.
  44.
  45. (dad) I'm an atheist I'm going to pray she doesn't have it And not having the meds didn't matter
