64 Mario (i dont know if this is going to be the definitive mario but its fun)
Axe (fun but probably a little too low quality)
Banana (genuinely fun playstyle and mostly good animations but im debating on if its too much of a joke)
Big Yoshi (probably not the definitive yoshi but i actually don't know if there are more yoshi's. not a bad yoshi set but)
Blooper (janky sprites but very fun and good representation of the character)
Bowser (pretty good smash bowser rework)
Bowser Jr. (good rework of jr's smash set)
Bullet Bill (very fun)
Captain Basilisk (do mario fan characters count? the set is good but with some janky prites and stuff but i dont know if this counts)
Captain Toad (wow a muno set that feels good? what a shock)
Chuckya (gotta love when a set for a random enemy is this well made)
Culex (fun but maybe too jokey for what im going for)
Donkey Kong (sprites are jank and does NOT feel good to play)
Dr. Melee Mario (thats melee dr mario alright)
Dry Bones (unfortunately just kinda bad)
Fawful (made by a bad person but is stupidly high quality)
Funky Kong (hell yeah)
Geno (good geno set idk what to say there)
Goomba (if there isn't another good goomba set then this is probably good enough, but its not exciting)
Jumpman (very funny set but i don't know if its even like, good? might count as a another mario)
Howzit (im conflicted, because a lot of the set is a bit boring but the core gimmick is well thought out)
Kamek (finally. has some weird glitches but is basically perfect for the character)
King Boo (has some sprites that don't look great but is a very good representation of the character)
Koopa Troopa (incredibly creative for like, a koopa troopa, you know)
Luigi (feels bad)
Luigi (feels less bad but has bad hitboxes)
Mario (smash mario with some extra bits, not sure if its the best mario but its a good starting point)
Mario (another smash mario, with decent sprites, but definitely some odd tuning for some moves)
Mario Hill (too much of a meme)
Mario Kart (its a fun set yeah, i don't know if this would count as another shy guy set)
Mayor Pauline (very generic normals but plays pretty well)
Mr. Blizzard (a little boring but not bad you know)
Ninji (i dont know how he works but i kind of love it)
Paper Mario & Olivia (pretty quality set with good sprites and fun animations, the main gimmick doesn't entirely work in a practical sense but whatever)
Pile Driver Micro Goomba (genuinely fantastic set)
Piranha Plant (its smash piranha plant)
QUA Mario (very fun gimmick character but uh. not really workable with what im going for)
Shy Guy (lot of fun moves, probably works well enough)
Smash Luigi (VERY good luigi set)
Smash Mario (pretty good mario set!)
Super Mario (REALLY good mario set!!)
Super Luigi (awkward sprites, i wouldnt call it terrible but its not great)
Tape (this is a really funny one to put in here, the set itself is fine)
Waluigi (janky sprites but its fine)
Wario (good wario smash rework)
Wario (this one has stuff the other wario set doesnt have, but i think the above wario is better)
Wart (a little too low quality, but the specials are fun)
Wick (fan character, but a good bob-omb set)
