  2. I have some info on Stephen Schmidt N3QEM (Steve Schmidt), VP, Security Engineering & Chief Information Security Officer at Amazon Web Services. He is also an ex-FBI Section Chief who was in charge of the FBI’s Cyber Division intrusion detection & malicious code analysis. {sauce 1, 2} Stephen E. Schmidt N3QEM is also a Technician class ham radio operator. {sauce 4, 5, 13} A possible scenario is that N3QEM may have helped Nellie Ohr, KM4UDZ, get her ham radio license and Nellie Ohr accessed Stephen Schmidt N3QEM's network of 9 DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) Repeaters linked to AWS Amazon Web Services in Virginia, for anti-government endeavors with her husband, Bruce Ohr. {Sauce 10}

Stephen Schmidt N3QEM is a true radio geek, having been active in the early days of (IP) packet radio to WWW interfacing (1996) and he has been licensed with N3QEM callsign since 1993. {sauce 3, 4} He is not to be confused with no name's 2008 campaign manager Stephen Schmidt, a big bald guy, who is often on TV and on Twitter calling Trump and Sarah Sanders liars.

It is possible that Stephen Schmidt was Nellie Ohr's "elmer" (ham radio slang for "mentor") and it was his DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) Repeater Network, for which he was trustree, that Nellie Ohr accessed (or was planning to), in order to have clandestine communications out of NSA reach. DMR Repeaters allow "Talk-Around" simplex communications between 2 parties directly, via the repeater output. If Stephen Schmidt's LinkedIn page is correct and Nellie Ohr's FCC data for her ham radio license is accurate, they live about 18 miles from each other. The 9 DMR Repeaters in Stephen Schmidt's "AWSVirginia" network of repeaters are scattered in the N. Virginia area.

  8. I am still digging on Fusion GPS & Ohr's connections with Amazon, the FBI, and Stephen Schmidt. One of the founders of Fusion GPS founders is Peter Fritsch, who before founding Fusion GPS, was the national security editor at the Washington Post. Also, the law firm of Perkins Coie has been legal representation for Amazon several times, including for Amazon's 1997 IPO. {sauce 11, 12}

Steve Schmidt is the trustee for a network of 9 DMR repeaters called AWSVirginia, and Steve Schmidt's official FCC address for N3QEM is the same address as Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Herndon, VA. {sauce 3, 4, 5} Three of the 9 repeaters are located in Herndon, VA. Another three of the 9 repeaters are in Vienna, VA. All 9 repeaters are in the same town as Amazon Web Services cloud data farms, except for the Vienna, VA repeaters. It is possible that there is an AWS data farm in Vienna, VA that I could not find. I also, could not find exact GPS location of the 9 repeaters, so have listed the AWS location in each repeater's particular town. And for the Vienna, VA repeaters, I just used the name of the town to find the distance between Nellie Ohr's FCC address and the repeater.
