Background:
JOYCE lived pretty much a normal life. She’s on the swim team for her school, and is pretty good at that too. However, she’s not the most favorable person out there when someone pokes at her. everyone knows her as the Joy of the the swim team, but that means they know not to try anything with her. That pretty smile of hers can turn so cold, and you’d be so frightened. Guess what? You DONT get a five second head start. if you can’t find her at the pools or at her job, she’s probably at a dance studio with her other friends who came with her from Australia, learning kpop dances because they have nothing else to do since they’re all stupidly broke.


Personality:

STRAIGHT FORWARD
JOYCE will always speak the bitter truth. It’s become a bad habit of hers, and she doesn’t really think about what she says before actually letting the words escape her mouth. JOYCE speaks her mind and does not hold back. But it can be a good thing, because people can trust what she says because it is always real.

ARGUMENTATIVE
she’s 365 so stressed so she sometimes can’t control her own tongue. she gets pissed off at things ranging from annoying her, to breaking her equipment. she loses her mind when you try to annoy her intentionally. on some days, if she’s really stressed, she will try her best to not blow up on you for even breathing so loudly. but when you trigger her, well… id start running if i were you.


CLUMSY
is the literal human version of what ARMY’s think RM’s clumsiness is. she’s constantly tripping and dropping things—which normally leads to the item being broken. JOYCE always nervous laughs it off and tries to clean it up but in the end someone else has to do it for her, give her a guilt trip.

ATHLETIC
the girl LOVES anything sports and getting to know others through it. it’s the reason why she joined so many sports (of course, loving swimming the most). not only that, it gives her physical attributes that can help her through the game.

STUPID
it’s not the bad kind, it’s more of the good king actually. her stupidity is there to lift up other’s mood and make others laugh. JOYCE doesn’t like negative vibes so she uses her own stupidly to cheer you up.

ATTRACTIVE
of course she has a nice personality, most of it at least, her visuals stand out as well. since she performs out on busy streets with her friends, she’s known as the “Visual” or “Center” because she manages to stand out from the rest. ¬ Beginning:
“oh look who it is! the man who wasn’t as faithful as i thought! oh gosh, are you still with her? wow, I’m shocked you’re still loyal to her.”
the two are exes to each other in the beginning of the game. whenever they see each other, they always give each other dirty looks leading everyone to be so confused as to what they know, they’ve never met before (of course, not JENO since he knows that whole story). others notice that after the two are doing the same dare, they notice that their personalities and team work go together like puzzle pieces.

¬ Middle:
here, jaemin notices the praise JOYCE gets from the male watchers, and has a kick of jealousy. when they aren’t playing the game, he somehow finds his way into running into JOYCE and learns that she’s still the same “Joyie” that he loved two years back.  here, JOYCE notices him, and decides, “you know what? let’s just talk this through.” about their past together. but in the process of them talking, they somehow get off topic and just start talking about how they’ve been and what they’ve been doing since they left each other’s lives.

¬ End:
the two end up giving it a shot again, since they both realize that there’s still a fire burning for each other. of course, JOYCE is still trying to forgive him for what he did to her in the past, but in the end he tries his best to regain that FULL trust.

JENO and JAEMIN are almost like brothers, since they’ve known each other since they were young. Both can read each other like an open book so they don’t often lie to each other about things, nor can they hide anything from each other no matter how hard they try.

JISUNG is under the care of WINWIN and TAEYONG because when he first joined the NERVE community, they were the first people to actually acknowledge and help the kid out. As for his parents, they’re drunkards when they’re not working.
