First lady/alliance shifts should run 7 days a week. First day 12am-12pm then that first lady holds position and can give buffs to respective alliance for their service. Next day 12pm-12am a different alliance same rules though they could boost their respective alliance for first 12 hours then 12pm-12am they're on the clock for the server.. We do that alternating shift for 12 hours each between first 12 hours of the day then second 12 hours of the day. We cover all times zones this way, nobody gets burnt out and president doesn't need to be on every hour to switch positions. 4 alliance members could do 3 hour shifts and there's just a cool down between 24 hours on 24 hours off essentially. I don't know how you guys feel about it. But I personally think it would work, not burn anyone out and realistically nobody plays for 24 hours a day, so why should any expect boost to be there at their leisure.
