Q: How have you been doing this week, any comments, questions, concerns?
A: I believe I've been doing well in regards of performance, and have still kept the high morale for myself, and other associated officers around myself, however I've had a few bumps on the road of which I've not felt comfortable with, however I do believe in due course I will get over them and will come to a cleaner road. There is no current comments, or questions I wish to proceed with.

Q: Have you conducted any roll calls in the past two weeks?
A: I've been assisting with Roll Calls, and do have one planned in the upcoming hours of 23/05/2018, in regards to certain events and reminding officers of certain procedures whilst conducting their duty to the active field of law enforcement.

Q: Have you had any issues with your group members?
A: I have had no issues, or have no oustanding questions against/to any group related members.

Q: Do you have any suggestions to help further the department?
A: I do not have any further suggestions that are outstanding however, I'm quite concerned of seeing Detectives being involved in decent man-powered pursuits, of which, from my point of view isn't necessary, unless it's urgent and a response call for more is made.

Q: Any issues with your current division?
A: I'd like to state that i'm preforming various techniques to attempt to increase activity within the Canine Services Unit, simply by removing those of which have not responded to the warning, and replacing them with enthusiastic, and active officers of the force. I'd like that Special Operations Bureau, could/would inform further staff of this due course as it takes time.

Q: Any concerns with how SOB is being ran?
A: I have no concerns at this moment in time to how the Special Operations Bureau (SOB) is being ran, however, I do hope that there will be no negative concerns, and that the staff remain at their excellence as they've done a good job of providing aid to the Sergeants within Special Operations Bureau.

Q: Do you feel you're performing your duties within the division well?
A: I believe, personally, I'm trying my best, with most of it being paperwork at this said time, I'll be returning back to active duty and patrolling with others in the Canine Services Unit. Aswell as encouraging them to be more active, aswell with the new upcoming plan.
