	For young Head Scientist like Taivena resources were one of the top priorities. She needed them for almost everything she was doing, starting from basic carpentry and construction, slowly ending up on most expensive research, devices and experiments she worked over. Her usual source of income was time consuming, offering very poor amounts of resources in return for all the the days, if not months she spent on collecting them; it was clear that shovels and hand drills were highly ineffective in the long term as the amount she required only kept increasing.

	That pushed her to reach for her drawing board and slowly work over concept of stationary drilling device, capable of siphoning the resources from the crust of the planet on its own, without her having to be involved on overseeing the process, instead it would allow her to focus on other tasks, including her research, social life and leisure which she lacked so far. First part she thought of was power generator, capable of keeping itself by simply dissolving small amounts of siphoned resources, keeping itself going as long as there were any available resources in the crust or cargo hold, which in fact was another part she worked over; with such possibility she worked over the cargo hold, ensuring that she was capable of upgrading and expanding it if needed. Lastly she worked over the drill head alike device, working as magnetic siphon, capable of gathering resources from the planet itself without need to drill the Earth itself, leaving mess and consuming additional power in the process. With last tweaks Taivena decided to give it a go and slowly build her first prototype, to see how it would work.
