FJ Tissant, natah, Sabina talk.

	Arkalest	Tuissant summons you to her office on a cloudy morning, and Natah's already there in their usual outfit.
	Sabina	bows as she enters.
	Arkalest	The Chief looks.....................Different.
	Sabina	"Chief Tuissant, Natah. Thank you both for seeing me."
	Arkalest	She seems to  have shorn most of her fur after the incident- And what remains is a soft greyish like vellum that barely covers an intricate body pattern that doesn't look cybernetic in any way. Without the har her muzzle looks sharp, almost like a jackal- And her ears are awfull pointy.
	Arkalest	She waves for you to sit down, hands tented- Thoughts a swirling grey.
	Sabina	takes a seat, hands folded over her lap.
	Sabina	"Has Natah told you of my request or shall I start from the beginning ma'am?"
	Arkalest	Natah has their legs crossed, hands in their lap as well. Tuissant looks over you and nods.
	Sabina	"I understand that requesting something that is so at odds with the established operational manual, especially given my youth and short time working here, but I believe that the friction between the psionic department and the others is already negatively impacting our performance. Moreover these sorts of situations tend to create a negative feedback loop unless dealt with. While I do not...
	Sabina	...think this is a perfect solution, I feel it does have merit to act as a test-bed for addressing this issue and hopefully provide a positive example of what we can accomplish by working together."
	Arkalest	"Approved."
	Sabina	blinks.
	Arkalest	Tuissant casually reaches towards her desk and taps the surface once- Materializing a small turquoise AR icon. "And now we find someone to move the same motion forward on the other side."
	Sabina	nods and smiles.
	Arkalest	"See." She entwines her fingers right as Natah nods. "This is the problem with being the boss around these parts. I am not going to suggest anything."
	Arkalest	"because that'd be pushing."
	Arkalest	"But if I can get two people from the two departments to suggest the same thing."
	Arkalest	"And I know the right person to get us to find people who may agree."
	Arkalest	"Or rather." She dips her head. "People."
	Arkalest	"Leada and Mr. Taylor will be sent over to the Investigation Department under the guise of a goodwill gift- A sort of "See, I don't hire only psionics."
	Arkalest	"And this will come right when new developments about the current casefiles will be revealed."
	Sabina	"I see."
	Arkalest	"You planned this all along." Natah's tone isn't accusatory- Mainly matter of fact.
	Arkalest	Tuissant closes her eyes. "maybe."
	Sabina	"Planned mayhaps, but certainly accounted for."
	Arkalest	"The possibility was always there."
	Arkalest	"Now I hope you will realize that this is an awful weight that will go onto your shoulders."
	Sabina	"I believe I understand. This initiative is one that will be under a fair amount of scrutiny, and as one of the advocates I will be in the line of fire."
	Arkalest	She nods slowly, and you see Natah quietly nod as well.
	Arkalest	"Moreover, this may put you in conflict with the local law enforcment agencies." The Chief leans back and draws a circle in the air, creating another file.
	Sabina	"How so?"
	Arkalest	"They are not ones to appreciate other law enforcement units being deployed, and they have taken a critical eye to us."
	Sabina	"Ah. I feel that would have been a issue regardless of this initiative."
	Arkalest	"It'd be even more so now.."
	Sabina	"I must admit my ignorance then, how does this make things worse?"
	Arkalest	"It would be seen as us picking back up the pace and bringing ourselves back to speed- Threatening their area of competence."
	Sabina	"Ah. And how would you like me to best deal with the issues that come about of that fear?"
	Arkalest	"I would like for you to spend more time developing your knowledge of the region before addressing this."
	Sabina	"Of course ma'am."
