- Description: Tracie was in a laundry facility at Goodfellow Air Force base when Jones abducted her, assaulting two privates who tried to rescue her. He took her to his home where he raped her, then held her in a closet. He forced her to use hydrogen peroxide on herself, washed her clothes, and had her walk on towels in order to hide fibers and other evidence. He then drove her to a remote area and beat her to death with a tire iron, inflicting damage "worse than most high-impact car wrecks", before dumping her body under a bridge in Coke County,TX.
