The fourth reorganization was done on April 28, 2017, which was the reorganization  of  75th brigade of the 75th Army Engineering Chemical Defense Corps. The brigade was formed by the former 14 Army Engineering corps, Chemical Defense Corps, Zhouqiao Regiment, 41 Army Engineering  corps and a chemical defense battalion.The brigade has three departments : the Staff Department, the Political Work Department, and the support department; it has eight battalions under its jurisdiction: the city construction camouflage battalion, the Combat Support Battalion, the service support battalion, the first mobile support battalion, the second mobile support battalion, the first Zhouqiao battalion, the second Zhouqiao battalion, the chemical defense Battalion (our regiment's city construction camouflage battalion, the second Daoqiao battalion and some of its directly affiliated teams stay in the 75th brigade), and the brigade is located in Yuxi North City. The first Daoqiao battalion is transferred to the 75th group army for composite Brigade and  camping area of the 18th regiment of qujingyuan; regiment  explosion company transferred to border defense 315 brigade, and stationed in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Prefecture
