  1. >Night Hero This Town Deserves in Equestria
  2. >Be Motivo the Masked Motivator
  3. >The sun sets over the small town of Ponyville
  4. >Ponies are yawning, leaving work, and getting ready for sleep
  5. >Well, most ponies are, but not you
  6. >You are the veiled vigilante, the covered crusaded, and you stalk the night delivering the most awe-inspiring help to those in need
  7. >In your secret broom closet, you quickly don your rousing gear and arm yourself with a number of gadgets to get the job done
  8. >When the mask slips over your face, you feel the wholeness that comes to all heroes and you smile a roguish smile in the mirror
  9. >You drop your voice to a gritty, gravely calm
  10. "Justice becomes you."
  11. >Having the look and voice down, you carefully sneak out of closet and onto the roof
  12. >You live in a fairly tall house and it gives you an excellent view of the ponies below
  13. >The dark clothing you wear cloaks you in the still of the night and you furrow your brow to look more menacing
  14. >Before too long, you hear a shout into the night sky for help
  15. >Spreading your wings, you quickly take to the sky and soar towards the commotion
  16. >Landing on a rooftop, you peer into the alleyway to see two stallions bearing down upon an otherwise helpless mare
  17. >Her shiny jewels sparkle in the dim lighting and from this angle you can see she is a unicorn of fine tastes
  18. >The first goon chuckles through his, most likely yellowing, teeth as he begins
  19. >"Come on, toots. Just give us the diamonds and nop0ny has to get hurt."
  20. >The pinned unicorn simply sobs and sputters in the dark
  21. >Having seen enough, you spring into action
  22. "A little late to be antagonizing pretty mares, isn't it?"
  23. >You sail over head and land between the goons and their prey
  24. >The helpless mare looks up and sees your easily regal figure shielding her
  25. >You lift her to her hooves and smile widely at her
  26. "Don't fret, ma'am, these villains are only as strong as you let them be."
  27. >She blinks at you between tears and looks a little confused, so you proceed
  28. "You are a strong, independent mare and if, you put your mind to it, can accomplish impossible feats!"
  29. >The two troublemakers look between themselves and then back to you, clearly understanding how hopelessly outmatched they are
  30. >As the mare stops crying, you know your work here is complete and take off into the night again
  31. >The unicorn calls up to you as you fly away
  32. >"W-wait! Aren't you going to do something?"
  33. "I did! I helped you help yourself!"
  34. >You smile as you soar out of earshot with the knowledge that the unicorn is now strong enough emotionally to not be a victim any longer
  35. >By Celestia, you do such justice for this city's self-esteem
  36. >You fly for what feels like a few minutes, keeping your ever-vigilant eyes towards the ground
  37. >Suddenly, you see two mares standing outside of a parked wagon
  38. >You land in an alleyway and peak around the corner
  39. >One mare with a blue mane and pink coat looks around carefully while another mare of apparent unicorn descent attempts to unfasten the hitch
  40. >It seems to give her a bit of trouble and she nearly gives up
  41. >You whisper to yourself as you appear from the darkness
  42. "Not on my watch... You there!"
  43. >The pink mare springs a good five feet into the air before landing back down with a thud
  44. >"Oh snap, it's the fuzz! Leg it!"
  45. "Wait! I am not this Mr. Fuzz you have mistaken me for, but rather, I am Motivo the Masked Motivator!"
  46. >The two mares look to each other and then back to you
  47. >"A'right... So, whadd'ya want?"
  48. "I noticed that you could not unfasten your cart from this post and were just about to give up and walk home on this cold, dark night. What kind of hero would I be to let innocent mares walk about such dangerous streets!?"
  49. >You quickly saunter up to the hitched wagon and call the unicorn forward
  50. "You just didn't have the right motivation! Now, use your magic to grip the underside of the fastener."
  51. >The mare complies and you cheer her on
  52. "Fantastic job! Now, simply give it a sharp turn left and yank up with all your might!"
  53. >The unicorn strains her magic as she twists and turns
  54. "I hear it loosening! You are so close to your prize!"
  55. >With a great popping sound, the fastener comes out and the wagon is freed
  56. >The first earth pony strides up in rapid succession and smiles
  57. >"Uh, yeah, thanks for all the help, Maltido..."
  58. "That's 'Motivo'!"
  59. >"Uh, yeah, right, whatever. Look, we gotta be somewhere, so see ya'."
  60. "Yes, I will see you as I am the whisper in the dark, the great inspirer, the...!"
  61. >The unicorn cuts you off as she speaks briskly with her friend
  62. >"This guy's a little cuckoo. We gotta get out of town, just drive!"
  63. >A cloud of dust whips up as the two speed off towards the border of Ponyville and you smile with the knowledge that you helped those in need
  64. >You make a mental note that you have had two successful saves already and the night is still so young
  65. >Taking off into the air, you begin to roam around the skies with your eyes peeled and your ears at attention
  66. >An abrupt scream rings out from the distance, but this one sounds more like a stallion
  67. >Regardless, trouble is trouble and all villainy shall be punished!
  68. >You speed towards a small home on the outskirts of town and hover silently by a window
  69. >Looking inside, you see a small yellow mare sitting on the belly of what would appear to be some kind of gangly ape creature
  70. >The sharply dressed ape thing is bound to the bed by its limbs and you are a bit more curious as to who was crying out for help now
  71. >The snazzy ape tries to buck the little mare off itself before letting go another wail of terror
  72. >You quickly spring into action as you burst through the window
  73. >The shattering of the glass and wooden frame gets your the attention you need as well as a minor headache
  74. >You note that you should probably use the door next time as that really hurt!
  75. "You! Yes, you! With the pink mane! Just what in all that's pure and righteous do you think you're doing?"
  76. >She looks absolutely terrified of you and stammers about
  77. >"Oh, my... Um, you see, uh, I was trying to, oh..."
  78. >She looks down quickly with a sad, almost disgraceful stare on her face
  79. >The business gorilla suddenly yells for your attention
  80. >"Thank the gods someone came! Get this crazy-ass rapist off me and untie these damned ropes!"
  81. >Looking at the overly excited and slightly grimy monkey in the monkey suit begins to tell you the whole story
  82. "I heard somep0ny calling for help... Was that you?"
  83. >The not-stallion quickly responds
  84. >"Yes, it was! Now get this horrible creature off me. If I told you once, I've told you a thousand times, Fluttershy, I will -not- have sex with you!"
  85. >You ponder this situation for the moment before realizing just what sort of terrible mistake you almost made
  86. "You! Fluttershy! You need to buck-up and stop worrying about what other ponies might think! Love is not easy. It's going to be really hard and you're going to have to work at it everyday, but you can do it if you really want somep0ny to love!"
  87. >The mare slides her face from her pink mane and looks to you with puffy, sad eyes
  88. >"Y-you really think so?"
  89. >A faint smile parts her trembling lips and you nod
  90. "I know so! For I, Motivo, know just how to spread motivation! Especially to young lovers as yourselves!"
  91. >"T-thank you, mister. You're right; I need to stop worrying and just show Anon how much I really love him."
  92. >Her eyes burn with the glorious fires of inspired justice and you beam
  93. >You turn your attention next to the thing called Anon
  94. "And you, Anon! You need to pony-up and stop being so cruel to innocent mares!"
  95. >"Innocent?! She drugged me, tied me up, and is trying to rape me!"
  96. >You give a dark laugh
  97. "Do you expect me to believe that something as big as you was overpowered by this helpless little mare?"
  98. >He grumbles something quickly before turning his face from you
  99. "That's the spirit! Now you two have fun and watch out for rope burn!"
  100. >You turn to the hole in the wall and fly away once again
  101. >A wholly different scream resonates from the house this time and you wink to yourself
  102. >It would appear that your speech really helped those two break the tension
  103. >Another job well-done, you think, as you leave Anon to his goal of fucking Fluttershy!
