• The two sides cannot hire Mercenaries against each other

• The two sides cannot Set Battle Orders against each other

• Daily damage between the two sides is limited to 2.5kk, the penalty for every 1kk above is 4g paid by the offending countries'  government

• All regions will be returned to their rightful owners
