  1. Tell me if you would buy this build:
  2. -Ryzen 7 3700x
  3. -AMD Radeon 590
  4. -16GB RAM
  5. -1TB SSD
  6. -600W PSU
  7.
  8. And that's basically all I got from the description. Even the specifications page didn't tell me the motherboard model, PSU manufacturer/rating, RAM frequency, SSD model (SATA or M.2?), how many usb ports, etc. All of that was in the dark which was extremely sketchy because those are the things Cyberpower and other pre-built guys like to cheap out on.
  9.
  10. So I bought it anyway and was shocked at the level of attention they gave the PC. Here are the full specs:
  11. -CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
  12. -Motherboard: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4-CB
  13. -RAM: Ballistix 2x8GB DDR4 RAM @ 2400MHz
  14. -GPU: AMD XFX 590
  15. -PSU: Thermaltake Smart Series 600W 80+ Gold
  16. -SSD: 1TB M.2 Intel 660p
  17. -Liquid Cooling and Case Fans are Cyberpower-brand RGB and customizable with a remote.
  18. -Windows OS included, required less than 5 minutes of updates out of the box.
  19.
  20. I would have never thought I'd get these quality parts from here. The only piece they cheaped out on was the RAM of course, 2400MHz is a fairly low clock speed and Ryzen 7 is known to like high frequency RAM. But if that's the only thing I have to complain about this is a success. 80+ Gold Rating PSU and $150 motherboard were well outside my expectations, not to mention an M.2 instead of a cheap SATA connector SSD. Plus, come on, look at the RGB. Small brain like color.
  21.
  22. Anyway I think pre-built PC's are getting closer to being competitive with buying individual parts. I added all of the individual parts into amazon and it came out to the exact same price, meaning I got assembly and windows for free. I still would not recommend you buy a pre-built if you do not know about computers or have not built one yourself already. It's a very expensive investment so you want to be sure you're getting it right.
