Here’s my theory on magic mushrooms and why they grow in cow poop:

So y’know in cartoons they have aliens abduct cows and probe them... ya.... they get probed and injected with magical mushroom spores and send them back to Mother Earth

Monkeys eat the mushrooms growing out of cow poop and bam, telepathic communication with aliens
