  3. -Both Origins are explored
  4. Issue I, II
  5.
  6. Act II
  7. -They temporarily resolve their differences as the discover their both looking for the same thing
  8. -They set out in search of
  9. Issue III
  10.
  11. Act III
  12. -Brianna and Sharon discover their origins as well as their intimate connection
  13.
  14. The beginning is already written so I must start from there. How does it end. that should guide me.
  15.
  16. The ending should setup the future confrontation of the wastes vs the mega cities. The wasting disease (literal atrophy) that decimated the the population and leaving many that recovered infertile (metaphorical atrophy) has a resurgence and threatens human life on earth. Briana, Sandra, Cassandra, ( should all the names end in a? Is Plana a part of this as well?)
  17.
  18. Was the disease engineered?
  19.
  20. The central theme is family, what it means to be related as blood relatives, as loved ones, and as a society. Can a society be "family"
  21.
  22. How long do I want this introduction? Brianna's back story should be revealed as the story goes along. As with all of them. Cassandra is not an "original" but the daughter of one, whom is the leader of a fertility cult. One that Brianna's adoptive family belonged to.
  23.
  24. Right now I'm spit balling stream of conscious style.
  25.
  26. Order of events:
  27. Issue 1:
  28. -Brianna introduced as she raids an outlaw outpost
  29. -Confronts big axe tony
  30. -defeats him questions him for the whereabouts of a certain individual
  31. -Sandra, whom she suspects is behind the tragedy at her home
  32. -He knows nothing, Brianna drags him back to town for the bounty
  33. -The town celebrates, Tony's corpses hangs in the square as children play around it.
  34. -Brianna falls into revelry in the middle of a conversation
  35. -Thinks of her family, remembers the tragedy that swallowed up her home, set her on the path
  36. -Brianna was found by here adoptive family in the ruins of a medical facility
  37. -She was one of the several fetuses engineered with immunity in an attempt to repopulate
  38. -Unrest and systemic failure forced the scientist to abandon the incubators, left running in hopes of returning
  39. -The scientist show up again? Where are they now? After two hundred years probably not, they would have definitely made contingencies though.
  40. -Plana is decedent of one of the scientists, plans to revive the project, create super soldiers to subjugate the other megacities, weaponize the wasting disease and clear out the wastes to pave the way to return to civilization.
  41. -She sees the wastes and the petty infighting of the megacities there as obstacles to progress, to the stories she was raised on of a better world. Messiah complex? To force union under her rule, Technocrat?
  42. -Over hears rumor of the Mysterious Killer attacking convoys on the flats
  43. -Leaves town to track
  44. -Discovers freshly destroyed convoy
  45. -Ends with Brianna and Sandra meeting face to face for the first time.
  46. -Brianna Recognizes her from the tragedy
  47.
  48. Issue 2:
  49. Opening mirroring first scene in issue one, instead Sandra is in frame on top of a ruined skyscraper
  50. -cloud of dust kicks up in the distance
  51. -The convoy approaches several armored vehicle flank a trailer
  52. -She draws her bow and fires into another empty building
  53. -Series of explosions, the building buckles and collapses in the convoys path blocking their route.
  54. -It halts, immediately several Autonomous Armored Mech (AAMs) form a perimeter, scanning.
  55. -My thoughts are that for larger mechs, it was decided in this world that making room for a human pilot in these would be an unnecessary design problem, artificial general intelligence on board was deemed sufficient. Also their for the most part digitigrade, or four legged, but bipedal models do exist.
  56. -Smaller, piloted exo suits also exist, more for enhancing individual soldiers abilities.
  57. -Time stands still, Sandra's attack commences.
  58. -They're routed, Sandra sends up a signal and a lone flying craft (anti gravity?, if so than extremely rare and not used on the front lines)
  59. - Sandra opens the trailer revealing a pod not unlike her own (also an engineered human), specimen may or may not be dead (or another character) haven't decided
  60. -what do they dream of, someone whose never seen color, whose never heard their name?
  61. -Flashback similar to Brianna's, excavated by Plana's team, confirmed the stories she was raised on
  62. -Present day, Sandra reports back to Plana, reveal that Sandra is a part of a team of saboteurs under Plana's direct command
  63. -Deployed on new mission
  64. -Meets Brianna, present time, no witnesses, End
  65.
  66. Issue 3: Big fight scene
  67. - We see Both brianna and sandra proficiency with their respective weapons
  68. -Ends in stalemate, raiders notice the wreck. Sandra Leaves Brianna for dead, Brianna stands off against the raiders
  69.
  70.
  71. The Last issue will contain
  72. -Brianna, Sandra learning of their origins
  73. -The introduction of the the other specimens (all women? men?)
  74. -Resurgence of the wasting disease, the over arcing crisis for the remainder of the story.
