PSR Cheated runs

How: Using VBA-RR it is very simple to create a TAS and then play back the recording and record the movie. It is likely the runs were played without slowdowns or frame advance, but the runner would redo segments wherever he liked using save states.

Evidence:
- Runs done offline and on VBA-RR (proof in a tweet by MBM but twitter is private)
- Suspiciously good luck
- High level of mach bike skill the runner has never demonstrated in live runs

Admitted: No. Removed his Yellow 1:58 after it was pointed out there was a discrepancy in the recording, however due to the cheating method used I do not think this was a splice and was just an error in the recording. The cheating method used makes it impossible to prove 100% that these runs were cheated. Later he removed his Sapphire run and then after that, all of his other runs.
