Why Should we consider you as staff, and what assets and knowledge can you bring to the team, which you think can compete with other applicants?
I'm a very old player on the Mythcraft Network, i've been here since map one and was actually one of the very first moderators on the network back when the server first started out, I consider myself an experienced individual in terms of rules and knowing what to and not to do.

I'm sure there's new guidelines that need to be read over and I'm sure i'll get them down easily enough, I'm a fast learner and I'm willing to adapt to the role of a helper on the network to show my skillset and prove myself.

In what ways do you think you could contribute to the Mythcraft community?
I would be able to better moderate the chat and keep people in line on the factions server since there is only one staff member that their is usually online.

If you were in a situation you are not suited\capable to solving\fixing\resolving\handling what would you do beyond simply calling for other staff?
Personally in that situation if I wasn't capable of solving the situation or handling it beyond simply calling for another staff member I'd attempt to somewhat calm down the situation and verbally communicate with the individual in need.

I know this is technically handling the situation somewhat but i'd attempt to talk to the individual and explain what I can to them. If they grow impatient i'd ask them to move to a different platform to talk on such as Discord and use the Mythcraft Discord to talk to them and do what i can until a higher up comes online.

Have you had any past experience with staff work, or work similar to this? If so, how do you think this would help you here?
I was staff on Mythcraft PVP on the first and third map.

How do you feel about working with the current staff team, and how well do you know it?
I'm very familiar with current administration mainly Groaning and Culvert, Groaning was a moderator when I was staff back on map one and we go way back, Alongside Culvert and knowing him from Galaxy and Horizon as well as this network I feel i have a good understanding of the current "important" staff.

What strengths and weaknesses (in relation to the position and in general) would you describe yourself with?
I feel i can improve in some aspects of how I act in terms of toxicity which i'll obviously simmer down as a staff member I can't be as toxic, Everyone's toxic in some regard and to some extent I've even see Sr. Mods act up to some extent. However I feel I can definitely be on better behaviour in future endeavors and not just for the rank of staff but just in general to show I can do what I put my mind to.

As for my strengths I feel I can bring my knowledge of Factions and generally my experience with been on numerous servers and networks and knowing what I'm talking about, I've always been an avid factions player i'm not much for Skyblock but there's already plenty of staff on the skyblock network and Factions is definitely lacking.

How Long have you been on this server?
Since the first week the server was released, I quickly applied for Staff as I felt I had sufficient experience to helping people as well.

Are you currently staff on another server outside the MythCraft Network?
No I am not.

How many hours per day and days per week are you able to be online on the server?
Usually 4 hours a day at the very least.
