  1. understanding the art of fisting does not entirely require but is assisted by having a PhD in Mario 64. You must also be strong enough to eat a car, fly a bike, and read a novel backwards while hanging from a hook with your pinch grip alone- only the pointer and polex may be used to grip it. To begin leveling up your fisting capabilities, you must first recognize that beauty is strength and strength is beautiful. Now, fisting also deviates from punching in a much different way than non-fisters/powerbros are aware of. But to understand this, we first have to get into parallel universes. (Your PhD in Mario 64 will help you understand this, but is not required.) When you fist something, there are a variety of outcomes. By mastering fisting, you will learn to apply outcomes from parallel universes that benefit you the most, but for the most part it is determined mostly by random chance, but said chance can't be amplified through practice. When fisting, there is a possiblity you will break the item, fix the item, or change the nature of the item. (Breaking your hand is not included because a person who has practiced Fisting will have unbreakable fists and will.) So when fisting, there is roughly a 25-33% chance from the baseline that you will accomplish the desired action. To increase your chances of guarenteeing success, we will have to delve deeper into parallel universes. Imagine in universe 1 you apply 1500N of force directly to some dickhead's face, you have your 3 outcomes of blowing their head off, repairing brain damage/facial obscurities, or changing their nature (IE: turning them good, bad, or neutral depending on where they currently stand morally). Say in universes 1, 2, and 3 you apply the same amount of force, but the angle in which the force is applied deviates by several degrees. As it's commonly known by professional fisters, force is reliant on time-of-application, velocity, and mass(kg) behind it. But it is also dependant on the surface area of the object that is being used to strike with. The average fist will have a surface area of roughly 3.2^2 inches, but a trainer fister will not have a flat fist. Their knuckles will protrude between a tenth to a fifth of an inch forward which means all of the force is concentrated to the tip of the knuckles. There are several variations to fisting which include striking with the first two knuckles, striking with 3 knuckles and excluding the knuckle of the pinky, or applying all four knuckles to evenly distribute the force throughout 4 separate areas. This means there are 3 initial variants to fisting, all of which can corresspond to the manipulative outcome. In Universe 1, you strike with the knuckles of your middle and pointer fingers, in Universe 2 you strike with the knuckles of your 3 knuckles excluding the pinky, and in Universe 3 you strike with all four knuckles. Universe 1's outcome has the sharpest result, which means you're most likely to break the other person. Universe 2's outcome is slightly more spread out, which means it's delicate yet strong enough to snap some sense into the evildoer you've just struck, so U2's outcome will change a person's nature. Universe 3's outcome is most akin to that of a hammer, with a flat, evenly distributed surface applying the force, and since hammers are used to build things, construction is the inverse of destruction which means by using a hammer-esque connection you can fix things on demand. So now that we've covered parallel universes we understand the possible outcomes when applying force, but note that when your fist makes contact with something it is entirely random chance as to whether or not you'll get the desired outcome. It's best to train for a certain shape of fist to be able to have mastery over 1 of the 3 outcomes.
