How can you help the server?
          I can help the server by bringing my full undivided attention to the server. I am a man of my word and I promise to do my job as a helper to keep the chat clean, make sure no one is cheating/hacking and also to make sure every player on the server is enjoying their stay on the server. I can provide over 7 hours of my time a day to the server to help with necessary needs. I also have a lot of experience so I can also assist staff if they need help with commands they dont know. Also I am not that bad of a builder, if there needs to be a new building I can assist in building that seeing as I have had experience building as well. Also I can talk to the staff and recommend new things to the server such as plugins, warps, and events that I believe people might like. I can also be a great asset to the server by being a role model to players so they can see how a staff member should act, this will help other people apply for staff and know how to act right at the start. Simply by focusing on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became a problem, and truly caring for everyone involved if a problem does arise. I Tend To come off as very motherly and loving, but quick to warn when a problem warps into a whole different conflict. I Am Very Available and rarely get mad with anyone. I've always been a creative and artistic individual, and have talents in art, animation, and film. I'm calm and collective, and know that a dispute is best solved with kindness and understanding. It's honestly hard to make me mad, and if you manage to do that, I still retain my temper and will be patient. I can be serious when needed, but I'm friendly to everyone I meet and have a sense of humor that can lighten any mood. I make friends easily, and I have many that I have met on Ion and continue to talk to outside of game. I don't hold grudges and think that everyone deserves a second chance if they're willing to improve themselves. I'm quick to correct a wrong, but always respect peoples' personal needs. I do care about every individual, and strive to help everyone as much as I can. I always jump to help when someone asks

Can you record videos, and post them to Youtube/Twitch?
          I can upload to youtube with 720p and I am currently trying to buy a new computer so that I can record videos a lot smoother with better fps and upload them with hopefully 1080p onto youtube. I am also learning how to stream so I will soon be able to use twitch so people can watch what I do live and i think that will be pretty cool.

How many frames per second can you record at?
          I can record with about 40+ Fps as of right now. But if I were to mess around with some of my settings I bet I can get upwards of 60 fps or even some more, but I am working on getting a new computer so I will be able to get better fps soon. Also i'm not much of a recorder so i don't normally record nor have fraps..

Do you have experience with being Helper/Staff on other servers?
          I do,  I have helped alot both before with servers that they have worked on recently and I have helped them with it. I also use to Co-Own a server with one of my old friends but ended up shutting down after an accident the server got upwards of 100 playerbase and around $4,000 / $6,000 in donations. I have also helped on many counter strike custom servers but I dont know if that applies to this. I have also helped on many other servers as well and I am currently in-works of a server called Vanquished Factions and can still help out if accepted, But I do know almost all of the commands that any ranked staff member needs to know.

What would you do if one of your faction members or friends were hacking?:
          If I were to ever catch someone cheating friend or not, I will first make them get onto TS so I can chat with them. After that I will ask them to send photographic evidence that he/she doesn't have hack and then I will ask them what I should do and how they feel. If I do not get proof I will immediately ban them, and what ever they say will not make me change my mind without photo proof. While recording the whole scenario, I will then tell an admin on skype that this player has been banned and send him the proof. I will also upload the video proof of me catching him on the forums and post it on youtube as well so that other players may see what he was banned for and they can comment what they think about the verdict. Won't beable to record rightnow - Recording Program is messing up.
