Revised Ame vs china Foxxy Judgement

Ame opens with a standard comparison of his team’s offense vs china’s defense. He then specifies his team’s defenses and how they’re in tier. He stresses his team’s aerial and ranged advantage, as well as Geo-Force’s ability to basically incap two of the three fighters.
China opens with his character’s piercing capabilities and Ame’s lack of piercing durability. He combines that with confident bullet-timing on Lo and Percy. Basically, the opponent’s team gets stabbed first. He also emphasizes Metal Bat’s durability and his offense after getting pumped up.
Ame’s 2nd response opens by describing initiative (I find that detection scan irrelevant given they start on a roof, far from the ground for Geo). He also mentions a lack of travel speed for China’s team, and continues to emphasize Geo-Force. He provides piercing resistance scans which provides a fine rebuttal to one of China’s primary wincons. I’ll note that in the speed section, he primarily targets Percy, but doesn’t mention Lo (a pretty casual bullet timer) but does provide evidence of batman being a bullet-timer. He stresses Metal Bat’s lack of speed
China’s 2nd response argues against Batman’s striking, and I’ll note it puts him a lot lower if I disregard that one feat. He makes some interesting points in an attempt to refute aim-dodging Garou and Geo-Force. However Metal Bat is still slower than Garou and “vaguely slower than your claimed 10ms Garou” is probably still too slow, even after getting pumped up so much. It could also be argued that even if Geo-Force has to concentrate on someone, he’s still (temporarily) incapacitated 1-3 members of your team which gives Ame’s team the advantage. There’s no scans in the Percy section to back up the 5,000 gallons of water claim.
Interesting debate, but imo the winner is clear here.
