	A doctor. Gave me the whole "do no harm" shpiel. Took about an hour to get that slug out of my leg, but I dunno, he kind of left a dull ache somewhere in the vicinity of my moral compass.

	The Neo-Chiba Project HQ is easy to find. I am not. Not a threat, I promise! :D

BACKGROUND:
 Not always known as "Speaker," Ryan was once called "Loudmouth," for his... penchant, for speaking out of place. Talking back to authority, calling insults to comrades, and being generally vulgar to enemies. A few ranks in the military up and down did wonders for his combat experience though, one thing his father managed to get him to learn. His mother encouraged his creative mind, buuuut that didn't work out as well. Still, parkour after school did help him develop his jumpy skills, and after his discharge from the military (dishonorable! :D), he sought work as a merc. His reputation for "getting the job done" stands fairly unrivaled, though he's taken several pay cuts for mouthing off.... An easy job at Neo-Chiba turned sour pretty quick, however, when he was volunteered (involuntarily!) to take part in experiments with the ARMOR systems. One of the leads eventually tired of his quips, and surgically damaged his vocal cords. Unable to speak coherently, Ryan turned to his ARMOR as his only solace. It... reacted to his malady, forming a speaker around his throat, through which a cheerful and supportive voice helps him. The staff were somewhat surprised that a symbiotic relationship between the pair had formed so quickly, even more so that an ARMOR had developed an AI system to support its pilot. Even, ah, more surprised when he broke containment. And went missing. And is at large. A few sightings tell he's painted the word "Speaker" across his chest, and the AI refers to itself as "EZ." Reports state his acts seem to be of revenge against the corporation. No other information yet.
