  1. Name: Rohan Chandler
  2. Background: Rohan grew up with poor parents that tried their best to raise him well, but they had very little money so they usually only barely scraped by. Unfortunately for him that meant that all his clothes were hand me downs, making him a very easy target for bullies at school. He tried his best to make it through though, not wanting to get in trouble for the sake of his parents. He decided that the best way to stay out of trouble and keep the bullies off his back would be to get on the good side of the cool and powerful people at his school. After some rather embarrassing moments of proving himself they let him be their 'friend'. Of course that just meant they stopped other people from picking on him as long as he was their errand boy. He didn't completely hate it though, he had safety and peace of mind. No need to make his own decisions. He coasted through the rest of school like this, clinging to people stronger than him for protection.
  3. Once he got out of school his employment options were... bleak to say the least. He had no special skills that made him stand out from the crowd, so he did the only job he could get, a boring office job. After all, he didnt want to cause trouble for his mom and dad. He found the tedium of life boring, but he needed to make money to get by. He went through life for a few years like this, being a perfect little worker for the corporate machine.
  4. Things weren't destined to be so calm forever though. During a routine check up, the doctors found something that would steer his life onto a path that he could never predict. It did however explain why he was coughing up blood a few days before. He couldnt tell his parents about it, it would crush them. But he didnt have nearly enough money to afford the treatments, not with his salary how it was. And sure, he never really cared too much about the Cape scene, but he did know that you could make some damn good money from working as a henchman. He did always find a comfort in following orders after all. After some subtle asking around he heard word of a villainess working her way up the ladder who needed some minions.
  5. His new boss was cruel at times, but she generally treated her minions well. Didn't send them out on suicidal missions, no overwhelming orders, just simple ground rules. You listen to what she says, you do it when you're told, and you don't fucking snitch to a soul.

  8. Villain: Fireline/Flashfuel/Scratchline/Underburn
  9. Power: Shaker/Blaster, Fire Theme. Things around her become flammable even if they wouldn't normally be, with the effect spreading as things ignite. Normally flammable things however become less so, leading to an inversion where water would burn like oil while oil would put out the fire. Objects burned in this manner take longer to burn away however, leaving the damage to be much less than expected, although lengthy burns of buildings can cause structural integrity to fail over time. She can direct the flames inside of this zone in different ways, whether it be directing the flames towards a certain direction to ensnare someone, block off escape routes, or to make the fire lash out at someone. She is immune to the flames inside of this zone but not outside of it. Due to the nature of her power she keeps multiple lengths of barbed wire wrapped around her costume at varying points, allowing her control them once they're ignited for more close range targets.
  10. Outfit: A modified firefighter's outfit with a flame motif that travels up, with the colors changing on a gradient like a flame changes color with heat. Barbed wire is wrapped around the thick arms and shoulders of the outfit in a spool like device. Pulling the chains out triggers a spark that ignites the chains if they're inside her shaker zone. (Ferrodicium Rods as torches?)
