Interview Merlina

Today interview is with Merlina, Israel tank, former president and leader of Israel community.

- Tell us something about yourself?
I think that at this point, after few years I can say that I am 100% businesswoman, from the beginning I was not interested in other modules of the game but in the military area but when I saw that I did not have money to buy weapons, I ended up giving 2 clicks daily and keep playing other video games.

As of last year I fully understood the mechanics of eDom and I noticed that I liked it and from there I started playing 100% thanks to the suggestions and advice of some players who indicated better steps to improve my citizen.

- Who is Merlina in RL?
My name is Carolina, I am 18 years old and I am from Chile, town Fruttilar. I do not work and I would like to study Psychology or Sociology later. Currently I am a cosplayer (which is my biggest hobby), I like to read lovecraftian horror books and stories of urban legends and crispypaste.

- Why did you choose this nickname?
Because Merlina (Wednesday) is one of the characters in the movie The Addams Family that I liked the most because of her way of being and in fact this character has the same tastes as me, that is why I chose that name. (Merlina is the Latin American name for Wednesday from the movie Addams Family.)

- What is the funniest thing you did in edomi?
I think the funniest thing I have done so far has been to publicly annoy Splinter in the form of a joke and annoy a certain Georgian character (who will not say the name) for cheating a player for a draw that he carried out, it seemed to me an event of bad taste and decided to troll that character for weeks hahahaha

- What aspect of the game do you like the most and why?
In general, I have played several games similar to eDom, but I prefer this game more than others because the administrators try to level VISAS and NO Visas players, that is a plus point to promote and encourage the community.
The Module that I like the most is the business one. It is the most important because from there you can achieve everything else: choosing an item, investing, producing and selling for me is the basis of everything to start well and this is not easy when you arrive new.
But the truth is that these administrators are very observant of the opinions of most of the players and try to solve the problems, that intention is clear. On the other hand, not in other games.

- You play for Israel. How is the community there? Is it different in other countries you played for?
Yes, I play for Israel, here the Jewish community (RL) are only 3 players and only one of them is the most active and the other part are foreign citizens that I have invited and my friends. We are creating an active community for Israel and over the course of these months we will see the positive results.

Playing in Israel has been better for me, as the saying goes: "No one is a prophet in their land", I wanted to participate in politics and in the important decisions of my country of origin but I realized that most of the characters that were there They govern suffer from narcissism and have a great lack of empathy towards others, then I realized that I had nothing to do there and that is why I emigrated, I have been much better dealing with foreigners than with people from my own country (it's funny but it is like this).

That is why I extend my invitation to every citizen of the world who does not feel satisfied where they are, to come to Israel, here we build a new society where everyone is heard and those who participate have a voice in our council, with new ideas and contributions, we will achieve a new nation.

- What don't you like about (some) other players?
The ego, the stupidity and the mockery. In this game there is a large group of stupid people who have 24 hours a day to discredit and discredit other characters.

- What do you think should be changed in this game? What would you like?
I would like there to be a button to Travel anywhere in the game interface, you must now necessarily go to your profile for the Travel option or else you must click on your city or country and then change the country and then the city, uyyyy no, it seems tortuous to me, I would like that option to be in the options panel of My Constructions, over there.
I would also like you to change that when a character is blocked or isolated due to some stupid complaint (for writing in Spanish for example) that character can write in private messaging since the public chat would be blocked. In my case I have a sanction of more than 1 month and it is difficult for me to communicate, I must necessarily use discord. That would change.

- How much time do you spend here?
Mostly I have free time during the day and I dedicate at least 4 hours to it.

- Do you have a message for other players?
For new players I recommend a lot of patience before spending money, seek several suggestions from veteran players before investing and taking eDom for what it is, a game.

- You live in Chile so you're active in times most Europeans sleep. Is that helping you or not so much?
That is true, the prime time of South America gives an advantage over Europe, Europeans sleep and we are active xD

- How are Israel relations with neighbors, you have some agreement with Greece or Turkey?
Our greatest ally are Greece, North Korea and Cuba and we maintain neutral relations with our neighbors. I must limit a great appreciation for the collaboration with the first countries that I have mentioned because they are true allies, in my personal opinion, they are the best. We have no relationship with Turkey.

- Why do you think there is no more girls in this games?
For 2 reasons: The first reason is that this type of games bores us but this is at the beginning xD and the second because we are distracted in other matters hahahaha
