  1. okay, SOOOOOO *inhales*:
  2. > 300 crude oil (10 refineries, 100% clock) -> 400 heavy oil residue + 200 polymer resin
  3. polymer resin goes into the resource sink, gives 2400 points/min
  4. > 100 heavy oil residue (2 refineries, 100% clock; 1 refinery, 50% clock) -> 300 petroleum coke
  5. petroleum coke goes into the resource sink, gives 6000 points/min
  6. > 600 water + 600 empty canisters (5 water extractors, 100% clock; 10 refineries, 100% clock) -> 600 packaged water
  7. empty canisters are provided from outside, as they are recycled within the system; packaged water is used to make packaged fuel
  8. > 300 heavy oil residue + 600 packaged water (10 refineries, 100% clock) -> 600 packaged fuel
  9. packaged fuel becomes unpackaged
  10. > 600 packaged fuel (10 refineries, 100% clock) -> 600 fuel, 600 empty canisters
  11. fuel goes to turbofuel; empty canisters cycle back for producing packaged water
  12. > 400 coal + 400 sulfur (16 assemblers, 100% clock)-> 400 compacted coal
  13. compacted coal goes to turbofuel
  14. > 600 fuel + 400 compacted coal (26 refineries, 100% clock; 1 refinery, 67% clock) -> 500 turbofuel
  15. turbofuel goes to generators
  16. > 499.5 turbofuel (111 generators, 100% clock) -> 16650 MW
  17. total power output when fully running, very slight buffer of fuel (0.5 turbofuel/min) due to excess 0.111 generators (4.4 MW) not worth resource cost
  18. > 16650 MW - 2405.7 MW -> 14244.3 MW
  19. total power consumption and true output of the entire facility, minus power costs for the following:
  20. 1) oil extractor(s) needed to attain 300 crude oil/min
  21. 2) pump(s) needed to help both water and crude oil reach facility **[IF NEEDED]**
  22. 3) miner(s) needed to attain 400 coal/min and 400 sulfur/min
  23.
  24. If you were to provide triple the incoming oil processing (900/min rather than 300/min), you would be able to skip the petroleum coke step and build four separate plants that each produce 300 heavy oil residue per minute, each starting with the packaged fuel step and continuing to the end of the chain (300/min traveling on as normal, remaining 100/min collecting with the excess 100/min from two other normal plants to create a fourth level that takes in 300/min). This would provide a whopping 66718.8 MW (57813 MW after taking into account power plant draw to sustain itself), again not taking into account oil extractors, pipe pumps, and miners needed to bring their respective resources in due to variable richness values of resource nodes and variable heights for the plant. This would also bring down AWESOME Sink points/min to 7200 total, down from 25200 if the fourth level was not made (as you are no longer sinking petroleum coke).
