  2. + On kill against bleeding target: user is cleaned of all debuffs
  3. - Removed stacking of bleed damage per hit
  4. Feedback on the weapon appeared to show that the weapon felt more polarizing to use whether you were successful or not. Rather than continue on that design, the stacking has been removed in favor of providing another utility, giving the Scout a niche to help keep him health from residual damage himself - be it from his own misses or from enemy debuffs.

  6. Mantreads
  7. + Added: Reloads your primary by 1 on-kill while blast jumping
  8. The addition of a reload on kill was made to help make bombing more useful with the boots where it still felt lacking. With this boon if the user is successful in their stomp, bomb, or market garden, they have an extra rocket already loaded to escape with, or hold their own for longer.

  11. + Auto-detonate on the charged shot increased to 1.5 seconds (was 1)
  12. The former duration was considerably too short, so increasing it slightly should make it more viable for mid-range use.

  14. Sharpened Volcano Fragment
  15.   Fixed the Volcano explosion not properly detecting enemies to ignite
  16.   Fixed afterburn from weapon not being extinguished on death
  17. + Added 20% faster holster bonus
  18. There was an error with the afterburn not being properly set to provide some of the attributes of the weapon. Additionally, the combo was seen as somewhat lacking for how risky it was to setup, so a holster bonus was re-introduced to give the pyro more leniency.

  21. + Increased health restored on kill to +60 (was +50)
  22. + Reduced honorbound mark of death to 3 seconds (was 6 seconds)
  23. With feedback pointing to the weapon being too punishing for its rewards, the downside was reduced considerably to not punish a heavy as severely for bringing the weapon out. Additionally the health on kill was bumped up slightly to be at least on-par with a small health kit.

  26. - Reduced mark for death to 2 seconds (was 3)
  27. The mark had given the sniper a little too much leniency in following up the combo, thus was reduced to be less punishing on enemies.
