Nitro Man:
-New passive ability, Road Rage: Landing hits with altfire or its braking attack grants 1 and 2 stacks respectively (amount doubles on kill), at 6 stacks your mainfire now throws two parallel wheels with minor meatshot protection and has 5 tics less cooldown

Knight Man:
-Now regenerates secondary ammo while using mainfire
-Ult mainfire startup decreased: 7 > 4
-Altfire now powers up your mainfire (normal and Ult versions) by 4 damage for each 1/4 charge bar if mainfire is pressed while holding altfire, doing this right when power reaches the max performs a Perfect Crush with stun on hit (normal mainfire) or double stun and knockback with no pit protect (Ult mainfire)
-Thirdfire can no longer gain Ult charge from allies
-Ult charge tier increased: 2 > 3

Mega Water S:
-Thirdfire explosion radius increased: 36 > 48, now has upwards knockback too
-Mainfire cooldown decreased: 28 > 24
-Ult altfire now uses half ammo
-Ult charge tier decreased: 3 > 2

Napalm Man:
-Thirdfire now deals light contact damage and knockback on hit while traveling forward

Plant Man:
-Ult duration doubled

Needle Man:
-Mainfire damage decreased: 3 > 2, cooldown between shots decreased: 3 > 2, cooldown after release decreased: 7 > 1, ammo cost removed, now has its own overlay meter that gradually decreases accuracy with each 1/4 lost and can be completely regained by landing any type of hit with altfire

True Dr. Wily:
-Mainfire and altfire both charge 1.5x faster
-Fully charged altfire central explosion damage decreased: 50 > 35

New Yellow Devil:
-Now regenerates secondary ammo while charging mainfire

Concrete Man:
-Altfire stomp now rips through enemies

Sword Man:
-Mainfire large swipe now deals a solid 21 damage (extra sparks still rip)

Fuse Man:
-Altfire now spawns four orbs

Saturn:
-Altfire suction force gets weaker after every second while held

Mars:
-Assist kills now grant Violence Meter
