- My monthly goals:
- 1.lose up to 3kg a month
- 2.find a side job to earn money on the side (temporary goal, deadline: end of october)
- 3.finish the fresher script for natural sciences (temporary goal, deadline: 10th october)
- 4.get advice and decide for the next semesters modules(temprorary goal, deadline 10th october)
- My goals for 364 days:
- 1. become profiicient in coding
- 2. become proficient in playing the guitar
- 3. become very proficient in math
- 4. lift twice my current stats:
- 40kg bench -> 80kg
- 80kg leg press -> 160kg
- 60kg deadlift -> 120kg
- 20kg barbell curl -> 40kg
- 45kg barbell row -> 90kg
- -30kg pullup -> +30kg
- -30kg chin up-> +30kg
- 15x3 pushup -> 15x3 assisted one hand pushup
- 5. be able to run 10 km under 1h under any stress.
- My goals for the next 5 years (when I am 32 years old):
- 1. be jacked or strong enough
- Lifting:
- 1. do modified Stronglifts 5x a week
- 2. deload 50% every two weeks
- 3. see 1 until I reach a limit
- Diet:
- 1. Eat 25% below TDEE
- 2. If I can't be arsed to count calories, then stick to a certain dish or daily meal that gives me everything i need
- 3. supplement with multivitamin if necessary
- 2. finish college
- 1.do 3 to 4 courses a semester.
- 2.try to squeeze in 6 hours a day (pomodoro in the library)
- if I am thinking too loudly, then arrange a lone room to learn.
- 3. have a sidejob in the sector I am studying
- 1. learn enough to be viable for the IT sector:
- 1.1. learn java, create 2-3 projects that are somewhat complex
- (fitness app with various programmings and styles that can be customized to the core and be honest to it)
- (roguelike action game similar to nuclear throne but full of political incorrect jabs (perhaps learn unity for that))
- (a bank wallet that syncs up with your depot and shows you all transactions that has been done)
- 2. if the previous steps are not enough, then try to become a tutor and have contact with a professor who knows people from the industry
- 4. have a starting career in the IT sector and work for people who are not herbivores and are offering useful advice
- 1. i have no idea where to start on this one.
- 5. become so good in everything I do, that I can have more free time than I let on.
- 1. read books on productivity, try everything. If it works, make it a part of your life.
