We have to be grateful for any Geralt we get, and now we have a little more!

A casting side has been discovered starring actor Adam Robertson auditioning for Nohorn, a member of Renfri's band – and we have the transcript for you.

Redanian Intelligence uncovered some of this dialogue last year, but that video wasn't quite clear enough to extract a script from.

This one is. It adapts a scene from The Lesser Evil short story. In this version, Geralt enters the inn looking for the town's alderman, meeting Nohorn and members of Renfri's band there.

In the books, Geralt is at the inn solely to look for Renfri, so there's a slight difference. She makes a similar entrance here, however.

A quick reminder before we get to the transcript: These scenes are written specifically to test actors. They're written in a way that allows them to show more of a range of emotions that'll be needed for the role. And showrunner Lauren S Hissrich predicted they would leak, and so used original material to minimise spoilers.

But... it's still a fun chance to see the kind of dialogue we're going to be getting from characters like Geralt and Nohorn!

So, here's what goes down:

Renfri’s band: No, t’is a tranquil time.

Geralt: Or an ignorant one. Point me to the alderman’s house, I have business with him.

Renfri’s band: Down the valley, to the…

Renfri’s band: Quiet. Is he?

Renfri’s band: You’re looking for a reward aren’t you? You’re a Witcher.

Nohorn: A Witcher?

Renfri’s band: A freak of nature. Killing beasts for a fistful of silver, never looking at themselves in a mirror. You’re the beast!

Nohorn: And you let him in here, with ordinary, decent people?

Renfri’s band: Go. On your own, or at the end of a rope. It’s your choice.

Geralt: Not a difficult choice.

Renfri’s band: What?

Geralt: The alderman. Tell me where he is.

Nohorn: You don’t get to order people round, you mutant son of a bitch! Let’s go.

Geralt: I’m trying to leave.

Renfri’s band: He’s challenging you to a fight. Get him!

Nohorn: I’ll get him.

Renfri’s band: Kill him with your bare hands!

Geralt: One more step, your fat fingers will be all over the floor.

Renfri: Can I not leave you alone for a moment? Have you gone mute in my absence as well?

Nohorn: He’s a Witcher.
