Dominant Element: Fire
Weather: EXTREMELY HOT. While it's a drier heat than July (thank god), it'll be some scorching hot temperatures. Very little rain throughout the month. There are risks of wildfires in Kami State Park.

City Event: County Fair! Kaisou County Annual County Fair is in full swing! While there's typical fair stuff, to avoid repeating July the emphasis here will be more on the weird shit you find at fair: cursed foods, attractive sheep, butter statues. There's been a request from the mod team for a disturbing mascot.

Supernatural City Event:
2 options:
1) If the mod helper who expressed interest are able to hammer this out in July, this will be when we introduce the mission system! Players can sign up for odd jobs given to them by Zodiac, POKEGO and other people connected to the paranormal.

2) Come up with a back up plan. Basically it needs to be some lowkey weird event.

SPIRIT GATE
Gate: Jurassic Park

Using godblood as fuel, Varian will turn on his man-made gate (with Fern and some other characters in attendance). This will create a gate into the realm of Jurassic Park. As the gate opens, all of the Libra app will get a warning message

The gate goes wrong and it causes dinosaurs to spill out all over the city in mini gates. Characters can dinosaurs up to triceratops size (10 feet tall) appear in their area. A t-rex will show up at Varian's gate and cause enough chaos and damage before vacating into the gate with the bag of god blood.

After the initial chaos, Zodiac will put up protective barriers around any spots that dinos spilled out. These barriers will hold so players can continue on with slice of life stuff in the city.

However they can't hold forever, so zodiac will request people work towards closing these man made gates. They will need the following tasks done:

1) round up the escaped dinosaurs and push them back into the spirit realm (or eliminate them).
2) travel into the spirit realm to locate the god blood to collect what's left or neutralize it. This way it won't keep causing portals from opening up from within the realm. The neutralizing agent should be something surprisingly mundane like windex.
3) Assist Zodiac technicians in repairing the gate so it'll seal it off.

While in the Jurassic Park Realm characters will be able to:
- See and fight dinosaurs!
- Explore the ruins of the park.
- Drive in abandoned jeeps to help get around
- Follow a trail of jellybean to the Professor and bring him back to Kaisou
- Track the T-Rex, who by this time has indigested some of the god blood and has become much more powerful for it. Whoops.

Once characters have neutralized the god blood, they will be able to seal up the gate properly.
