This isn’t how we planned this school, but this is where we’re at.  We can’t worry about trivial things like [wallpaper], I am here to make a change and that means having a plan to get it done right.  What are our options?  Panic?  False ignorance?  Acceptance?  No.  We have to get right to the heart of the school and fix things from the core; if we have any chance of success, it’s changes made from there.  This is no time for a popularity contest, we need a leader who has the benefit of experience behind her.  I won’t let you down.  You don’t know what to expect, and I don’t expect making a choice is going to be easy.  We’ve all made wrong choice, we don’t need to make more.  I don’t know how many wrong decisions have been made, one, ten, it’s not important.  What matters is this.  Not one more.  That’s what we can do, here, today.  It ends with us.  The system wants to know what we’re made of?  I say we show them – On our terms.  It’s up to us.  It’s been a long journey, but it all comes down to this moment.  You can win or lose it all in the next few days.  Make yourselves proud.
