Here's the flower associated with every holo and their meaning. The flowers are those assigned to each holo for their Bloom charms, so those who aren’t taking part in the event sadly don’t have an associated flower
Please consider that their official flower is not listed anywhere so this is mostly going of my own knowledge, however I'm pretty sure most of them are right

GEN 0
RBC – Petunia
The meaning of the petunia is rather vague, but it’s most commonly attributed to the colour of the flower, white petunias represent Innocence, Trust, Truth, Dignity
>Miko – Cherry blossom
Cherry blossoms are a symbolic flower of the spring, a time of renewal, and the fleeting nature of life.
GEN 1
>Matsuri – Sunflower
Known as the “Happy flower”, sunflowers symbolize adoration, loyalty, and longevity.
>Aki – Rose (red)
Red roses convey deep emotions, love, longing, or desire.
>FBK – Cosmos
Cosmos flowers are often used to symbolize order and harmony, the flower can also be viewed as symbolizing tranquility, peace, innocence, and love.
>Mel – Jessamine
The jasmine flower is seen as a symbol of positivity, sensuality, and warmth

>Choco – Rose (pink)
Pink roses are used to convey gentle emotions such as admiration, joy, and gratitude
>Aqua – Rose (purple)
Purple roses convey a sense of regal majesty and splendor. They are used to express fascination and adoration.
>Subaru – Verbena
Verbena is a symbol of romance and sweet memories. It also symbolizes protection, healing, creativity and happiness
>Shion – Mums
Mums are most commonly used to symbolize friendship, and not just a passing friendship, but one that is truly meaningful, the flower is often used as a general symbol of positive energy. This is why it is often used to cheer someone up at a time of need
It is generally used as a gift for people who are preparing for the “oncoming winter” a purple mum specifically means a wish to get well
>Ayame – Gladiolus
The Gladiolus symbolizes strength of character, faithfulness, and honor.
Purple is often used in flowers to represent strength, faithfulness and infatuation gifting a purple gladiolus represents the strength of a bond between two people
GAMERS
>Mio – Camellia (red)
Red camellias symbolize love, passion, and deep desire.

>Flare – Kalanchoe
Endurance and lasting affection, it is a flower known to bloom during winter, that is where it’s association with resilience comes from, it’s also used to signify wealth and prosperity
in Japan it means "I'll protect you" and "Lots of small memories"  she chose it thinking it'll protect her viewers
>Noel – Lily
Purity, devotion, and fertility associated with a fresh life and rebirth.
She algo gets specifically a white lily, you know why
>Rushia – Rotheca
This one is rather simple, it’s a flower known to look like a butterfly, often referred to as “butterfly bush”, the flower also has medicinal uses
>Marine – hibiscus
A Red hibiscus flowers symbolize passion and deep romantic love
>Pekora – Camellia (white)
White camellias symbolize adoration and is given to someone who is well-liked

>Towa – Periwinkle
The periwinkle represents serenity, calmness, winter, and ice. It can also symbolize blossoming friendships and sentimental memories, It can also symbolize blossoming friendships, sentimental memories, and everlasting love.
>Kanata – Forget me not
Forget-me-nots represent true love, It is a testament to relationships and promises the other person that you will never forget them in your thoughts

>Lamy – Lily of the valley
The lily of the valley is a flower that is viewed as a symbol of rebirth and humility. It can be used to symbolize chastity, purity, sweetness, and motherhood
>Botan – Magnolia
The magnolia symbolizes longevity and perseverance, a white magnolia also means purity and dignity
>Polka - Gerbera
The symbolism of the gebera daisy is the simple beauty of a very happy life, a read one means unconscious in love or fully immersed in love

The holos were involved in choosing their own flower so idk, free to make narratives around them, all around very solid choices even if a bit basic
