Personality:  Despite his initial cold demeanor Cloud is a loyal and at times lighthearted person. He cares deeply for the people around him and his failure to help them weighs heavily on him, by the time of Advent Children it is clear he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder., something that developed after Zack's death and he still suffers from however due to his strong mentality and numerous confrontations, to some degree he has been able to find himself again.

History: Raised in a small country town Cloud was raised by his mother alone and, by his own words, foolishly considered himself better than the other children. Despite this, he maintained some small form of friendship with Tifa Lockhart and promised her that he would make a name for himself by joining SOLDIER and becoming a hero. Sadly Cloud failed and settled being a simple Shinra troop as he kept trying to achieve his dream. Tragedy struck during a mission in his hometown resulting in its destruction, the first confrontation with Sephiroth, and 5 years worth of experiments on his body after being wounded. The experiments turned him into a SOLDIER, but at the cost of his mind which completely broken after the death of his close friend Zack Fair. With the death of Zack and Jenova cells swirling around his body Cloud was broken and convinced himself he was Zack and led his fake life leading into the events of Final Fantasy 7 and what happened after.

Magic Resistance - B+
Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected. Due to the effects of the Jenova and Sephiroth Cells in his body Cloud has developed a resistance to magical attacks, along with his Noble Phantasm it gives him quite the potent Magic Resistance.

Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above-average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Species such as Monstrous Beasts.

Personal Skills:
Instinct - B
The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. Through this ability, it is possible to halve the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference, can sense if one has an evil or good aura to some degree even an Angry or Happy aura about them, this appears to be a combination of having Zack's Memories of being a SOLIDER along with the Jenova and Sephiroth Cells, plus his own refinement of skills.

Natural Body (JENOVA)- B
In the possession of a perfect body as a living being, with the combination of Mako, JENOVA Cells and Sephiroth Cells in his body Cloud has a natural body far superior then even the ordinary person's it includes higher regenerative abilities rank up in END under stressful situations, this can be seen in his deep-blue eye color.

Nature of a Rebellious Spirit - B
The temperament to never remain at one location and never embrace a lord. A wandering star that does not have the capacity to be king nor is capable of finding his own king. Negates the effects of Charisma with the same rank.

Materia - A++
Materia has crystallized Mako. Metaphysically, Materia calls upon the wisdom of the Lifestream to manipulate nature manifesting as the phenomenon of magic for most Materia, although Materia enhances the user's abilities. Unless one is descended from the Cetra, Materia is the only way humans can use magic. Saber's collection of Materia which he gathered through his journey is summoned with him, including the White and Black Materia, both of these Materia, however, are by default placed within the Materia slots for his Buster Sword.

Description: A humongous blade with two slots near the handle to fit with Materia. Originally Angeal's sword he gave the sword to Zack as he passed away who then did the same for Cloud. The blade itself is quite durable being withstanding the overwhelming power of Sephiroth's attacks and almost everything else thrown in its path without damage, The Buster Sword is a blade that's primary power comes from what it represents, the passing of the torch and an Undying will, the sword will never scratch or break unless the user's own will falters, thus why the blade only ever develops rust should the same thing happen, The Noble Phantasm is like Self-Suggestion even under the direst of situations Saber will never surrender nor back down from a challenge and it will empower him to match up against the very thing he is fighting, the sword's massive cleaving power cannot be understated when empowered by certain Materia it increases, by how powerful that Materia is.

Description: As a set of six swords, the blades come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are thus suited to a variety of combat situations. They combine to a single large sword similar in size and function to Cloud's iconic Buster Sword. The fusion swords are composed of six swords that assemble into a single large sword: the main blade—the First Sword—a hollow blade that serves as the front edge, two identical (but asymmetrically opposite) blades that form the back, and two identical (also asymmetrically opposite) smaller blades that attach to the sides, all of them are held within a Harness on Saber's back, the entire set is far more versatile and powerful than the Buster Blade, even having its own form of a unique Anti-Unit attack that is incredibly difficult to dodge let alone block called 'Omnislash Version 5' which can only be pulled off with his Fusion Swords, however it lacks the two Materia slots that the Buster Sword has.

Description: Incredibly Powerful Techniques that Cloud can pull off at will, they are far stronger depending on how much Mana Cloud is putting into them or how far he is being pushed, because of this each Limit Break rank varies, however, some of them by default is ranked at B or C depending on just how powerful they are, all of them besides Omnislash Version 5 can be pulled off with both the Fusion Sword and Buster Sword, depending on the materia the Buster Sword is using it can empower the Limit Break such as adding Fire Damage or Lightning Damage to it.

Braver - C~EX
A Single Downward Slash that is 3x the power of a normal slash, it increases up to 21x at EX rank, the range and power of the striking increase depending on the Rank as well, the downward slash can also be a charging thrust attack that pierces straight into the enemy before lifting them into the air and slamming them back down, though this is an A rank or higher exclusive.

Cross Slash - C~EX
A series of 3 slashes the first slash being 2x the second being 4x and the final being 6x the normal damage done by a slash from Cloud's Buster/Fusion Sword, much like Braver the times more multiple increases depending on rank and by A rank the attack is more like massive blunt blows being slammed down upon the enemy with the final sending them flying backward.

Cyclone Drive - C~EX
Cloud dashes forth at his enemy while spinning his massive sword around him, cutting through anything in his path with excessive force. Despite lacking much range towards multiple foes, against a single target, it deals heavy damage towards them while protecting Cloud as he spins like as if he's a literal vortex to slice his foe to pieces, the more mana put into it the more the hits multiply and do more damage.

Blade Beam - B~EX
An Incredibly powerful burst of energy sent flying toward the target(s) Cloud up to A+ rank can send upward to 'Three' Blade Beams in succession before he is limited down to one very powerful one, the attack much like before has a times multiplier that increases with Rank, at A+ or higher the Beam is far larger and more destructive.

Sonic Blade - B~A+++
A Powerful Limit Break that uses his incredible strength to do a series of repeated thrusting strikes against the target(s). With each strike increasing the speed of the attack before ending it off in one final thrust that deals massive damage to whatever it hits, A Limit Break that he passed down unto a certain Key wielding Warrior, unlike his other attacks his Buster Sword begins to glow with a pure yellow like energy with each thrust it only growing intensity, the damage, speed and impact of the thrusts increases depending on the Rank, It is the only limit break of his which doesn't go up to EX in rank.

Climhazzard - B~EX
Saber strikes the enemy upward with his Buster or Fusion sword, before jumping upward and slamming them back toward the ground in a powerfully augmented slash that rips straight through the enemy, at higher ranks, it creates a massive amount of force following the attack creating a crater where ever the person landed.

Saber summons up to six small meteorites that explode upon hitting their target, they act like homing projectiles and have a lot of impact at higher ranks the explosions have a higher radius and deal far more damage, much like every other Limit Break it has a multiplier of damage depending on rank.

Saber spins his Buster/Fusion Sword and creates a massive gust of force that it becomes visible and blows enemies back with a powerful gust of power dealing significant AOE damage, at higher ranks the size and radius of this gust of force is higher and bigger, it is a great way to knock back enemies.

Cloud infuses his sword with the power of his Materia and unleashes a series of powerful magic fired from forth from his blade. A mix of Thunder, Blizzard, and Fire spells unleashed in their strongest incarnations comes crashing down on all his enemies nearby to turn them into literal dust in the wind after being blasted by such a fierce combination of elemental magic, at higher ranks the radius of the magic increases.

A very powerful set of slashes that increase in speed and power with every single slash, it happens so fast in fact that when activated the user looks as if they are teleporting with every slash and leaving an afterimage behind before ending it with a final overwhelming with a powerful striking blow that finishes off the opponent.

Omnislash Version 5 - A++~EX
Only can be performed when using his Fusion Sword The Limit Break involves Cloud separating his sword into its individual components, and attacking the opponent up to 13 times with each one of his blades before finishing the target off in a singular strike with each individual blade, the attack much like the regular Omnislash is so fast the user appears to be teleporting and Saber even leaves visible afterimages of himself after every slash.
