coolio stuff for scp

Rules:
1. No racism whatsoever
2. No teamkilling without a GOOD reason.
3. No camping/delaying the round.
4. No advertising other servers.
5. Do not continuously harass other members.
6. No micspamming (Staff Discretion)
7. You may NOT team with SCPS if it delays the round.
8. As 106 do not camp the teleport exit out of the Pocket Dimension. You will be swapped to spectator if you do this. Multiple infractions will occur in a 24 hr ban.
9. No minimodding (super annoying)
10. No ghosting ( Instant Perm ban :smiley: )
11. No spawncamping whatsoever (Even as MTF or Chaos). Instant swap to spec
