You jump forward, easily negating the weak attempts of the minion to catch you and kick open the door to the probable CO's office. Unlike the puny unarmored human behind the door to the left, you have armor that greatly amplifies your mass and strength, so the door simply buckles and gives. Someone shoots at you, but you suppress your instinctive reaction and first try to identify the poor idiot. Well, his uniform is finer that of the now-identified Executive Officer of this base, so he is most likely higer in command chain.
Bullets continue to bounce off the joints of the armor and you see a fairly concernedd look behind his emergency air mask. Then, apparently on the last bullet, the officer stops his attempts to shoot you and starts to move his pistol up - towards his temple. He should not be allowed to die now.
