One of the spider nests is big, at the center of it is a giant reskinned spider named Kumonga.

Terminal at the entrace of big spider nest is a locked terminal, password for terminal can be found on a dead ghoul (with an eyepatch) named Dr. Serizawa, password is "oxygen destroyer".

Perk given to player after killing Kumonga named "arachnophilia", said perk gives the player a 15% resistance to spider bites/scorpion stings.
