Meeting of Yin and Yang

	Fenix had sent word to his counterpart in Prospect, of the arrival of a new hsien. A formal invitation from the Red Diamond court of Barrio Chino was delivered to YinFung, for tea and conversation.

YinFung enters the dragon nest and makes her way slowly and gracefully down the spiral staircase. She still holds an invitation in her hand delivered to her by a messenger from the Red Diamond Court of Barrio Chino. She looks around the place though because this is the first time she has ever been here and the first time she is meeting the sender of the invitation.

	Fenix is in Wani form, over at the altar, sorting through prayers and offerings in this holy temple of Yang. His keen ears will catch sound, and his tail will swish behind him. A glance over a shoulder when YinFung arrives, followed by a delighted smile! He looks to Hyo, and motions for the man to accompany him over to greet Yin Fung. "Welcome!"

YinFung removes a small tin of tea from a silk drawstring purse hanging from her belt and holds it in both hands in front of her. She slightly bows and says, "I am Kuan Yin Fung. It is an honor to be invited."

	The nyan carefully reaches out with his nimble fingers to accept the gift, "The honor is mine to receive you, sister." A bow is offered. "Wu Hong Feng, kuan of barrio chino and Tijuana. Welcome to our humble yang temple and phoenix nest." He straightens up and then motions towards a table an chairs.
YinFung straightens in kind and moves towards the table and waits to sit down at the same time as Wu Hong Feng. "You are also a member of the Yu court?"

	The nyan shakes his head, "I am not, no." He then joins Yin Fung at the table and pours out some tea, then offers a snack. "Barrio Chino and Tijuana are a less orderly space than Prospect and Chinatown." A pause as he serves himself tea and takes a sip. "That being said, I hope to see you at our festivals when time and opportunity lend itself, and I would be glad to return the courtesy. We will be hosting a mid-autumn festival soon."

YinFung considers Wu Hong Feng's word. "You are most gracious to offer such an invitation. I had hopes of having a suitable place ready for the mid-autum festival in Prospect. However, the location was purchased while I was still in China, sight unseen and requires some repairs." Yin Fung lowers her eyes demurely for a moment. "Unfortunately, it may not be ready on time for the upcoming festival."

	A nod, "Understandable. It took me a while to establish some order in the chaos here on this side of the border. Regardless, you are welcome to join us in our festivities, along with any guests you would like to bring. I look forward to celebrating with you!" He lifts up his teacup in a toast, then knocks the liquid back and sets the cup down empty.
YinFung is a little more reserved when drinking her tea, sipping it in contrast. She sets her cup down and says, "Please be so kind as to tell me about yourself Wu Hong Feng."

	"The locals call me Fenix, on account of the place upstairs, and - well, Feng and all that. I am a little god of sex and violence, and offering of blood and fire are common here." A pause. "Good to keep the Yang up," he says with a cheshire cat's grin.

YinFung considers Fenix's words and says, "What of other yang elements?"

	"A little of this, a little of that among my retinue, but the nest reflects my own calling." His tail swishes idly behind him and then he'll stand, and offer a bow. "Thank you for coming, stay as long as you like, but i have a prayer that needs answering. I look forward to seeing you at the festival, but don't hesitate to reach out before then as needed."
