- Disaster #5: The case of the imaginary Anon.
- TUESDAY
- >It's been about a month since you've been in Dream Valley; 34 days to be exact.
- >You've grown quite the name for yourself.
- >Stopping a warlord, and a decade long purge has solidified yourself as a true hero in the eyes of the citizens. Since then however, ponies have been coming out of the woodwork asking for help and favors.
- >Last month, you probably helped with over a dozen of some of the most simple task, like milking Bertha the cow because her pump was being repaired, or "scaring the ghost" out of the foalicorn Shortstack's bed, but now you've come to the decision to only help with what could be considered a potential disaster.
- >Counting the bear attack during the camping trip, and the three foot giant spider in Bow Tie's home, you only count two potential disasters that you've helped with since the purge.
- >At the moment, you're in the living room of Minty's home, reading a book on the history of magic for future experiments. You're sure with some time, you can learn how to synthesize it.
- >As you read about Presto the Great, the sound of the bell over the front door alerts you of someone's arrival. A pink earth mare with a blonde straight mane and red tea cup "cutie mark" enters.
- >You callously tell the mare as you continue reading,
- Welcome to Minty's Proffessional Knitting service. Home to some of the best yarn this side of Dreamland. Can I-
- >Minty hurries down the stairs and tells the mare, "We're having a discount on sweaters for the upcoming fall. And there's a three for two special on scarves right now."
- >"I'm not here for goods," says the mare. "I need Anon's help."
- >Minty gives a disheartened, "Oh."
- Is what you need help with actually important, because I'm a pretty busy guy.
- >"It's my little sister, Tea Lily. She's absolutely obsessed with her imaginary friend," says the mare.
- That's not even close to a real problem.
- >"She stopped going to school, and spends all of her time in her room with it. It's been three days."
- >You close your book, and give a reluctant sigh.
- What's your name ma'am.
- >"Tea Leaf."
- >You get off of the couch and walk to her.
- Come on, let's go to your house.
- >You two head out, but before you can get far, Minty comes to the door frame and tells you, "Be safe Anon."
- It's just a little girl, what's the worst that can happen?
- >You two continue walking.
- >As you follow along side Tea Leaf, she can't help but keep staring at you.
- >Her head turns away once she realizes you notice, but you continue to see her eyes shift to your face.
- What? Is there something in my hair?
- >"I'm sorry. It's just...it's so much to take. Walking side by the side with the great Disaster Colt. It's like I'm hanging out with a celebrity."
- >You can't help but blush a little, but you try to ignore what she just said.
- So, uh, what's the deal with your sister's imaginary friend?
- >"You're really big talk to the ponies, especially foals like Tea Lily and her friends at school. One day, they started making imaginary friends that were humans, and Lily of coarse made one for herself. It was cute at first, but that was two weeks ago."
- I see.
- >Eventally, you are guided to Tea Leaf's home. It's much larger than the typical house, but it's structure's still identical.
- Not bad.
- >"Thanks."
- >She opens the door and you enter taking a good look at the interior.
- >The living room has lanterns hanging, a few benches, and a table in the center but not much else. As you walk across however, you see her shop in a room to the right of you. The, shelves are loaded with dozens of jars of tea leaves, there's a second shelf with pots and cups, and even a counter with an actual cash register. It's comparably much better than Minty's living room shop combo.
- >You two head upstairs, and across a hallway, until you find yourself at the end of the hall with a closed white door.
- I assume your sister's behind this door?
- >"Uh huh. Hopefully, you'll have better luck with her than me."
- Thank you.
- >You slowly open the door, and enter Tea Lily's room. The entire place is indulgently large, it's covered in pink wallpaper, there's a small bookshelf, and there are stuffed animals everywhere you look. In the middle of the room is a curly green maned unicorn with yellow fur, enjoying a tea party with a purple, stuffed, three headed hydra, and an empty floor cushion.
- >The unicorn's speaking to the empty spot, until she notices your presence and stops.
- Hello, young filly.
- >"Y-You're ANONYMOUS!" she excitedly yells.
- >With magic, she causes the stuffed hydra's head to turn in your direction and wave.
- >"Would you like some tea? Let me get you a seat."
- >She shifts the cushions slightly giving you a spot next to her to sit in. You do so, and she gives you a cup and pours you some air. You take a sip pretending your cup isn't empty.
- Absolutely lovely.
- >"I'm glad you like it. Anon made it."
- Anon?
- >"Oop, silly me."
- >She giggles a little.
- "I should introduce you to him. Mr. Anon, I'd like you to meet my friend Anon."
- >She points to the empty spot.
- >"The kind misseses to your left are Jenna, Tina, and Girtrude."
- >She whispers in your ear, "Girtrude isn't really related."
- Thank you for the introduction, but let's get back to your friend Mr. 'Other' Anon.
- >"Ain't he neat? I wanted him to look as much as you as I could. I couldn't really get the face though, but that's okay. I still love him."
- That's actually why I'm here. I hear you haven't gone to school lately.
- >"Well I thought about it, but Anon's said I should stay. He's a lot more fun than school anyways."
- But he's not real.
- >"Pff, of course he's real."
- >Her magic pushes against your shoulder.
- >"See, he's touching you right now."
- That's just you. Lily, I want you to listen. School's really important for all young foals, and I'm guessing your friends are probably missing you.
- >"I guess that's true."
- I want you to promise me that you go to school tomorrow.
- >"But what if Anon-"
- Forget about Anon.
- >You begin hearing a faint growling, but oddly, it doesn't sound like it's coming from her.
- >She begins speaking to the empty spot.
- >"Now Anon. Be polite to our guest...It's okay if he doesn't understand...My sister wouldn't like you using naughty words Anon...What do you mean he's a-"
- Lily?
- >"Wha? Oh, yeah, I'll go to school tomorrow."
- Good.
- >You tousle her mane with your hand.
- WEDNSDAY
- >It was about 1:12 AM when it happened. You felt a strange, darkly presence that was creeping into your soul. You were unsure why, but your eyes darted open as if there was an apparent threat, or danger. There's no one there when you look around though, but you do quickly notice that the floor boards in front of the couch have been destroyed. Even odder though, is the fact that the destroyed boards form a perfect circle.
- >Looks like there's a potential disaster you might need to deal with.
- 8:23 AM
- >You searched the house from top to bottom, but aside from the hole, there's no sign that anything's been here; no unlocked doors, no opened windows, it's all very weird. You decided to throw the event out of your head for the time being and have some oat based cereal and apples for breakfast with Minty in the kitchen.
- >"You want some toast Anon?" asks Minty.
- I'm fine, thank you.
- >There's a brief silence as Minty takes a sip of her orange juice.
- >"Anon. Do you think we're in danger?" she asks.
- Maybe, but I'll do my best to keep the house safe.
- >"If it makes you feel more comfortable, you could stay in my room with me until you find out what's happening."
- Nah, it's fine. Thanks for caring about me though.
- You playfully pet her mane, and she blushes slightly.
- >"I love it when you do that."
- >You two are interrupted from the sound of the front bell.
- Looks like we have company.
- >"I hope it's a customer."
- >You two walk to the living room, you see Tea Leaf once again.
- Hey Tea Leaf. Any luck with your lil' sis?
- >"I'm sorry, but no. She tried leaving for school, but then she said that her Anon wouldn't let her. You need to go back and do something," says Tea Leaf.
- You're her sister. Why don't you?
- >Her expression saddens.
- >"I want to do something but...her Anon scares me," she ashamedly says.
- >Minty awkwardly asks her, "You're scared of an imaginary friend?"
- >She embarrassingly nods in agreement.
- >Part of you wants to tell her to shove off so you can finish your cereal, but you're sure you'll get the same junk tomorrow if you don't do something now.
- >In a dead tone you tell her,
- Let me finish my oats, and we'll go to your house.
- 8:53 AM
- >Once again, you're back at the tea shop, back up the stairs, back through the hall, and to the door of her little sister.
- >Time to do exactly the kind of pointless stuff you promised yourself not to.
- >You open the door, and just like yesterday, she's having tea at the table, with her imaginary friend, and now a stuffed kitten in place of the hydra. The curtains of her window are also closed, and the place now seems much dimmer than your last arrival.
- >You look to Lily, and notice that her curls seem slightly undone, and she's slightly hunched over the table.
- >Her ecstatic tone seems a little more calm as she tells you,
- >"Hello Anon. Care for some tea?"
- >A smile comes to her face as she magically pulls up her tea pot.
- Not this time. Tea Lily, why aren't you at school?
- >"Well, I thought about it, but Anon thought it'd be better to stay here and have more tea. He has such a way with words."
- But you promised me.
- >"But I don't wanna make Anon-"
- Your Anon's not real! I'm Anon, and your friend does not exist.
- >Her tone suddenly gets extremely defensive.
- >"He is real! He's right next to you."
- No he's not, there's no one here. Now I want you to get up, and get to school. You're majorly hurting my feelings.
- >She thinks about it, and almost gets up, but her head lowers ashamedly as her butt plants itself back down.
- >"Anon wouldn't like that," she weakly says.
- I'M ANON!
- >You begin walking towards her to try to force her up. You can't get too far though until a magical force pushes your shoulders back. You don't fight it, because you don't want her to feel afraid of you.
- You need to accept that your friend isn't real.
- >An angered expression comes to her face, and she slams a hoof to the table.
- >"He's real! You just don't know it yet."
- You're friend is nothing but imagination, and basic magical force. He's not real.
- >"YES, HE, IS!!!"
- >Suddenly, her horn gives an odd blue spark, and you feel a powerful strike to your gut, almost like an actual punch. It sends you rocketing backwards into the wall, and you can hear the sound of her drywall crack under the force.
- >You grip around your stomach as the pain sets in, and Tea Leaf rushes in to your side.
- >"Anon, are you all right?!" she asks.
- >As you get yourself together, for a brief moment, you see an obscured blue figure next to Lily. It's hard to make out, but it seems like a copy of you standing with its fist balled up. It disappears in an instant, as quickly as it appeared however.
- >After the odd hallucination, you look Tea Leaf, who's anger face has been replaced by regret.
- >"Anon," she says trying to form a sentence. "I'm so sorry he just did that."
- >You slowly get up.
- I'm fine. Do what you want, I'm done here.
- >You begin walking off, but Tea Leaf slightly blocks your path.
- >"Are you really going to leave?" she says.
- I'm not going to fight a child. Get out of my way.
- >You shove her aside with your hand, and head home.
- 9:23 AM
- >After returning home, you explained what happened to Minty (because she'd keep asking if you didn't tell her how it went), and spent the rest of your time until now reading, and grumpily staring at the ceiling in the living room couch. You were supposed to be fixing that gaping whole, but you're just not feeling it right now.
- >As you lay across the couch, you soon hear the sound of someone entering. You turn your head and see Brights, Ember, and Firefly coming in.
- >Brights announces, "Hey Anon! Hope you're ready for fun, because we're heading to the park to-"
- >She notices the hole in front of you, and then looks to you expecting an explanation.
- Don't even ask, because I don't know.
- >Firefly asks, "Is there something wrong? You seem a little off."
- >Minty walks downstairs and tells her, "Anon's just grumpy because he got whooped by an imaginary friend."
- >Brights begins snickering at the statement.
- Minty, you know that's not how it went!
- >"It's okay, we still love you," she affectionately says as she sits next to the couch.
- >Ember asks, "Are you all right? What happened."
- It's nothing. There was some girl that has an obsession with an imaginary friend. Her big sister asked me to help, and she hit me with magic when I told her that her friend wasn't real.
- >Minty adds, "There's a lot more than that."
- Minty, they don't need to-
- >"He said it felt like he was literally punched into a wall, and he thought he saw her imaginary friend with his paws all balled up. But the weirdest thing about it is that it looked JUST LIKE Anon."
- It was really hard to make out, and it disappeared immediately. It was probably just a hallucination or something.
- >Ember tells you, "I dunno. Something about that sounds kind of off. What are you going to do now?"
- Nothing.
- >There's a collective gasp from everyone in the house.
- >Minty stammers before she tells you, "B-but you can't quit. You're Anon. Solving problems is what you do."
- I tried reasoning with her, and it didn't work. All that's left is violence, and I'm not going to beat up a child, especially a filly.
- >Minty reiterates, "But you're Anon. You can't quit this."
- Watch me.
- THURSDAY
- >At roughly 3:23 AM. Another anomaly happens.
- >You begin turning about in your couch whilst attempting to sleep. There's an almost infinite number of deep and gruff voices rattling through your head though, saying things like "you can't quit," "Dream Valley needs you," and "If you don't stop her, I will."
- >You're not sure if it's a nightmare of not, but you wake up none the less, and are overcome with that strange sensation from yesterday. It's much farther though, as if it's outside of the home.
- >You slowly walk to the window of the house, and move the curtains slightly to see if there is anything out there. Upon doing so, you see a strange figure far into the darkness of the background, looking in your direction, aware that you're watching it.
- >The figure is nothing like what you saw in Tea Lily's room, but the way it stands, it may be human.
- >It's details are incredibly concealed by the darkness of night. All you can make out, is what might be a hat obscuring it's eyes, and a thick scruffy moustache.
- >The figure suddenly disappears in a pure black mist.
- >You run outside to see if you can find it, and as you approach where it originally was, all you see left is a giant crater in the road.
- "Curiouser, and curiouser," you say to yourself.
- 8:17 AM
- >Coffee and flapjacks with Minty.
- >"Are you sure it looked human, maybe it was a minotaur of something," says Minty.
- I dunno, but whatever it was, it was standing, and kind of pudgy.
- >As you take a sip of your coffee, you two hear the sound of the front door's bell.
- I swear, if that's Tea Leaf walking in-
- >Tea leave calls your name from the living room.
- >"Anon? Please help."
- Oh, for Pete's sake!
- >You put your cup down, get up, and you two head to the kitchen.
- >You're ready to scold this mare like crazy, but when you two arrive, you've greeted by a bruised Tea Leaf with a sore red eye.
- >"Hi Anon," she softly says.
- >You're agitation vanished instantly, and you ask in complete concern,
- Did your sister do this?
- >"No. I think it was her friend Anon. I saw him. He was really faded and blue, but I know it was him. I tried to get Lily out of her room to at least have some breakfast, but then her imaginary friend beat me up and tried telling me something in this vague distorted voice. Lily said that he wanted me to bring her breakfast inside her room, because he thought there was a trap in the kitchen."
- >"That's horrible," says Minty.
- >"Anon, I know you said you were done, but you have to do something. Whatever that thing is is getting more real every day. I don't know what's going to happen, but I don't wanna find out," says Leaf.
- Why not get the town guards?
- >"They can't fight something that's imaginary," she says.
- >Minty adds, "That would just be silly."
- >"The unicorns could maybe do something though," says Leaf.
- Tea Leaf, I want you to get help from the guards. They have enchanted rings that can block magic, and if they use that, it'll stop her magic.
- >"I'm sorry, but I can't have anypony know about this except you. This is all a huge accident that could destroy how ponies see her, and I don't want to ruin her life if I don't have to."
- You're killing me here! Fine! Risk yourself if you want, but if the heat becomes too much to take, get out, and get the guards immediately.
- >Minty ask, "Does this mean you're going to help again?"
- Yeah. I pretty much have to.
- >You walk to the kitchen to grab your cup of coffee.
- I'll be back later. For now, I'm going to go to the smartest mare I know for advice.
- >You leave and head off to Ember's home.
- 8:27
- >You arrived at Ember's girly home in the middle of her morning calisthenics.
- >At first she was disinclined to stopping her morning routine, but she then had the brilliant idea for you to just talk to her while she does her stretches in her bedroom. While sitting on her bed you describe everything you can to see if she knows what is happening.
- That girl's probably giving this thing more power as we speak. So, any idea what's going on?
- >She stretches her back as her haunches stick out.
- >"Sounds to me like you're dealing with a tulpa."
- A tulpa?
- >"Yes. A tulpa is a mental construct created through-"
- Yeah, yeah. I already know that, but it can't be a tulpa. Tulpas are mental figments, not physical constructs. That wouldn't work.
- >She begins tittuping in place.
- >"Some unicorns can magically manifest items out of nothing. Chances are, she's a tulpamancer."
- I can't believe that's actually a thing.
- >"Yeah. I heard an evil princess in Equestria invented this kind of magic a long time ago, but there aren't really any tulpamancers anymore."
- Has there ever been any cases where something like this was resolved.
- >"Totally. One of the old humans handled that stuff a long time ago."
- You mean Megan?
- >"Nope, older than that."
- Wait. There were humans before Megan?
- >"Well duh, how do you think the first Firefly found her so easily...
- >She stops her steps, and her head turns away to avoid eye contact.
- >"I'm sorry, that sounded a little rude."
- It's cool, just keep going.
- >"There were a few humans way before I was born all over Dreamland, and just like with you and Megan, there was a human in the past that kept things safe in Dream Valley. My Granny told me all sorts of stuff he did back when I was a filly, but ironically, nopony can remember his name. Apparently, he was really forgettable, but everpony sort of knew him at the same time. He was pretty neat though. He solved the migrating fluff problem, stopped a fake princess from taking over Dreamland, and even got rid of those ponies that would do inappropriate stuff for bits. I don't really know what the last one's called though."
- What about the tulpas?
- >"I'll get to that. Anyways, this guy really wanted to make Dream Valley a perfect utopia, but my Granny said he got all corrupted by dark magic in a fight, and turned into a dictator or something. Over the years, Dream Valley became a dystopia under his watchful hoof, but tulpamancers had it hardest."
- Why?
- >"He hated tulpamancers, because imaginary constructs were dangerous in the wrong hooves. Sure, you can cut off a unicorn's horn to stop the magic, but it'll always grow back over time. To solve the problem, he b& every known tulpamancer to an alternate universe, where they were never heard from again."
- So he never really stopped them then.
- >"I guess not. Sorry."
- What happened to him?
- >"After a few years of protest, he just sort of disappeared. I doubt he's still alive though, all of that was at least sixty years ago."
- What if he was alive though?
- >"Well then, that girl who's making a tulpa would be in major trouble if he found out. Luckily that's not the case, right?"
- >You have no response.
- >"Right?"
- Are there any alternatives to handling tulpas?
- >"Well, I heard there used to be underground tulpa fights, so maybe a stronger tulpa could do something. I don't think there are any ponies around that can make a tulpa though," she worriedly says.
- Well...I could.
- >Ember's eyes widen.
- >"You have a tulpa?!"
- It was back in college--Everyone was doing it! I dissolved my tulpa years ago, but if a unicorn could help me, maybe I could manifest my tulpa and do something. You think that could work?
- >"Solidifying mental constructs isn't too hard for a unicorn, but I've never heard of somepony doing it to somepony else. I'll see what Brights can do."
- Great. I guess I'll just go home and meditate. I want this to be done as soon as possible
- TUESDAY
- 4:32 PM
- >Back in your freshmen year of college, you got wrapped up with the wrong crowd in your quest for social acceptance. You thought that if you could make a tulpa, they'd think you were cool and invite you to hype gaming tournaments and Chuck E. Cheese parties, but what you created was nothing like you hoped.
- >Your goal was to create a tulpa of the female in Robert Chang's art peace, 'Melancholic Princess' but by the end, even in your best efforts, you're creation appeared distorted, and was constantly screaming in the middle of the night when you'd try to sleep. It was an absolute nightmare you seemingly couldn't escape, so you had her dissolved.
- >It's hard to believe you've been spending the past four days trying to make a tulpa again.
- >This won't be like the last time though. You're making a new tulpa with the exclusive purpose of killing other tulpas. It usually takes months of focus to make a tulpa, but fortunately, you sort of had this one premade in your sophomore year.
- >You never quite learned your lesson back then, and went on to make several other tulpas in a flawed attempt at perfecting it, but with some help, you were thankfully cured of your addiction and went on to lead a normal life that turned into you making a tulpa to save a talking unicorn from her own tulpa. Thank goodness your life's on track now.
- >What's really made this so difficult though wasn't the short time you have, but rather the chronic nightmares of the town being destroyed at the hands of the unconfirmed figure that's been haunting you as of late.
- >That kind of stuff can really kill your meditation.
- >At the moment, you're in the privacy of the dark basement where you store your stuff, meditating heavily on your tulpa until you hear the sounds of hoofsteps walking down stairs.
- >You open your eyes to see Brights approaching.
- "I hope you've perfected your spell, Brightly," you say still sitting in the lotus position.
- >"It works, but I don't think I can get past a few minutes."
- As long as we can outlast her, that doesn't matter. She's had more time, but she's still much younger than you Brightly. Your magic should be stronger, and I'm sure you can help me win
- >"Thank you, Anon."
- >You slowly get up and tell Brights,
- Let's not waste anymore time.
- >You walk upstairs with her following behind, and you two head for the Tea Family's home.
- >Before you exit the door though, Minty comes down stairs from her room and concernedly tells you, "Please be okay, Anon."
- >You pause, before turning to look at her.
- It's just a little girl, what's the worst that can happen?
- >With a small smirk, you continue out with Brights Brightly into the streets of Dream Valley.
- >While walking to the Tea Family, you notice the fear in Brights expression. She's trying to be the support you need, but she's still the same frail and weak unicorn you met a month ago.
- Brights, are you going to be okay?
- >"I'm just a little scared. I'll be fine though. I'm with you, and if anypony can keep me safe, it's you."
- >You give a slight sough.
- Thanks. That really means a lot to me.
- >You two arrive at the Tea Shop, and the entire place is shrouded in an unusual blue haze.
- This is it, Brightly.
- >You two enter the shop, and from a room on the second floor, Tea Leaf rushes out and down the stairs to see you two.
- >"You really came back!" she quietly announces, "I almost thought you gave up on us."
- I don't leave behind those who truly need me help. Come on Brights.
- >You two slowly walk up the stairs, and through the hall.
- >Each step feels like a mile as you think about what happens, but eventually, you both arrive at her door.
- >You place your hand to the door handle, turn to Brights, and whisper to her,
- Are you ready?
- >She takes a deep breath, and tells you, "Let's do this."
- >You slowly open the door, and enter Tea Lily's room.
- >The entire room has gone from pink and full of stuffed animals, to a dark, hazy blue, and covered in stuffing and shredded felt. At the table, you see Tea Lilly; her hair a complete mess, her body in shambles, and clearly exhausted. Next to her is the same figure you saw during your last visit; Lily's tulpa.
- >It looks eerily similar to you, but it looks slightly larger, it has a dark blue tint, it possesses no face, and it's goggles give off a piercing whiteness to them.
- >The figure tells you in a distorted voice made to sound similar to yours, "Would you care to join us for a cup of tea."
- I'm here to save Lily from you. You have one chance to give her up.
- >Lily struggles to move her head as she tries to focus her eyes on you.
- >The tulpa tells you, "She wants to be with me. I'm her little human, and soon, it will be that way forever. Leave, before I make you leave."
- Well then, I guess I'm just going to need to force you out.
- >Bright's fires a beam of pure magic at you, and begins feeding you her power.
- > It's an odd tingly sensation that runs through your entire body, but after having practiced this, it feels much more natural.
- >You concentrate her magic, and soon, your tulpa begins to visibly form.
- >"What IS that thing!" he says in confusion.
- >Fading into existance in his shirtless glory, you tell him,
- Meet my Jackie Chan tulpa!
- >Jackie Chan gets into a horse stance and tells him, "Whas sup, my neegga?"
- >Both figures start to have this slightly static like distortion. Their presence alone conflict with each other, but they quickly go back to their original states.
- >"You really think your measly tulpa can destroy me?" says the Anon tulpa. "Let's test that out."
- >Claws start to grow from Anon tulpa's hands that extend his fingers to almost twice their length.
- Come get some.
- >The Anon tulpa lunges out and swings it's right claws at Jackie tulpa, but he ducks it and tries to give him a sweeping side kick. Anon blocks and tries another swing, but Jackie blocks it and begins delivering a series of jabs ending with a crane kick that sends him almost falling into the table behind him.
- >Anon tulpa's figure begins to distort greatly, but it soon comes back to form.
- >Anon tulpa, goes back in and begins wildly swinging. Jackie dodges a couple of swings, but eventually a swing of Anon's claws go deep into his chest causing him to distort slightly and a sharp pain to come to your head.
- >Jackie is then kicked back, and hits his back against the wall right next to you.
- >With an open chance, Anon tulpa picks up the tea table, causing it's accessories to fall, and throws it at you and Brightly. Jackie however leaps in the way, grabs the table mid throw, and breaks it over his knee. He then breaks off a leg, and proceeds to beat Anon's nonexistant face with it. Anon retaliates with a headbutt that sends Jackie to the ground.
- >Jackie tulpa kicks himself up from the ground, but before he can attack, Anon tulpa tackles him.
- >They begin grappling across the floor, and Anon tulpa gets rolled into the bookshelf, causing a few to fall on him. Eventually though, Anon tulpa finally throws Jackie off, and before he can react, Anon tulpa leaps forward and drives his claws into your tulpa's back shoulder.
- >Jackie wails in pain as Anon's claws drive themselves deeper and deeper, and with his freed hand, he begins pushing the back of your tulpa's skull.
- >You as well feel the sharp migraine from when he was first struck, now growing to unbearable levels as you try to have Jackie not dissolve. It's hard to believe Lily could have her tulpa still keep form, but with the almost vegetated look on her, you assume most of her mind is already in Anon.
- >Just as it seems like things are about to fall apart, the house beats you to it.
- >That sudden dark presence that's been haunting you for the past week suddenly begins to reemerge, as entire sections of ceiling begin to rise up and disappear in its void.
- >You look up through the openings, and see that it's being sucked into a giant purple void beyond the roof of the house.
- >You don't know where it is, but you know the figure has come to try and do what you're failing to, and remove Tea Lily.
- Lily! I need you to stop right now. You're life may be in danger!
- >She doesn't move, and only gives a blank expression as her Anon tulpa begins staring at the many beams of wood that begin to chip away and leave the ceiling. Soon, the entire structure collapses, and most of the ceiling begins to dissapear leaving a clear view of the growing purple vortex.
- >As its power increases, light materials, like stuffing, and cut up felt from Lily's stuffed animals begin to rise into the void, and it begins to tug at your clothing, and everyone's hair. You heart starts racing, because you know if this keeps up, Lily, and maybe even the entire house with you in it, will be sucked in.
- >In a final plea, you speak to the Anon tulpa.
- Anon, I need you to listen. If you don't give up, Lily might die in that thing, and you'll end up dying with her.
- >Lily's bed quilt slowly begins to rise as Anon tulpa tells you, "What does it matter?! I'm just going to die either way."
- >His claws drive deeper into Jackie's shoulder, ready to tear him open in a single motion.
- But if you give up, you can save Tea Lily. Don't you at least care enough about her to give up yourself?
- >He pauses, and despite not having a face, you can almost see a hint of humanity in his expression.
- She's your best friend. Please don't let this happen!
- >He looks to Lily, and sees her slowly beginning to rise from the ground. Before she can get too far, he removes his claws from Jackie's shoulders, and slowly gets off of him. With an open chance, Jackie Chan tulpa sweep kicks his legs, and he falls to the ground.
- >As Jackie gets up, the Anon tulpa looks at his creator, and tells her, "Goodbye friend."
- >Those are his last words before Jackie delivers a crushing stomp to his skull, causing the entire body to turn into static, and dissolve.
- >After the false Anon's disappearance, Lily falls from the air, along with a few books, her broken apart table, and debris from the ceiling. Soon, the vortex begins to lose power, and eventually fades away. The entire room is ruined, and the ceiling is gone, but at least it did not collapse.
- >Carefully, you walk around the ruined floor of Lily's room, and from the other side, you pick her up. She's appears so weak and gentle, it's hard to believe that she caused all of this.
- >Brights asks, "Is she going to be okay?"
- >You take a look at Lily, and she struggles, but eventually gives you a weak little smile.
- I think she's going to be just fine.
- >With the many request you've been given, you decided to make a log book containing any disasters that you have to handle. When you return home, you can rightfully say, that disaster number five; the case of the imaginary Anon, has been successfully handled. The other human will remain on your radar however.
- >Jackie Chan gives you a thumbs up, as his face begins to melts.
