	I want to tell you from the beginning that I am very serious and honest man and I offer and request seriousness.
The apartment looks exactly like you see it in the pictures and you have the address of the apartment from the first e-mail I sent to you so you can check out the area .
	As the furniture was removed from the apartment I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. Also, I am more than happy to help out with some or more of my furniture if you need any.
	If you are interested so please email me  as soon as you read this message because I really need to take care of this matter, and therefore I am willing to ship the keys to you, therefore I will need your name and address.
	The delivery for the keys (apartment keys, interphone, alarm) and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made through MoneyBookers Escow, using their escrow and shipping services to make sure that we can trust each other.
